Please avoid and spend your money elsewhere! Absolutely awful company to deal with. Customer service non existent, rude, threatening, lie after lie... my issue still unresolved, apparently there is a manager called John but good luck if you think you'll ever get to speak to him... we haven't been able to! They've removed a £400+ skip before we've finished with it... half full... with no notice, no off-hire, when they told me the week before there was no rush to have it back...£200 of my money down the drain. I'm very upset with it all, blood is boiling!!! PLEASE AVOID!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Ordered a skip for a date I chose and it was delivered late, no contact to say or the reason why. Picked up 2 days too early and when I contacted them they said to leave what I still had left to collect outside and they would pick it up in 2 days. I waited 4 working days and wasn’t collected. I have just rang them and spoke to the most arrogant man I’ve ever spoken to, he said he was the manager and if that’s the way he speaks to his customers he needs to be sacked. Basically it’s tuff luck and they won’t come back, it cost £366 which isn’t cheap

Purchased what was sold as screened BS/EU compliant top soil and received 18 tons of low quality loose material filled with a massive amount of glass and other building site junk. Shocking service and extremely unhelpful when trying to resolve.

Have called Lydney skip hire 3 times to pick the skip up and today they put the phone down on me! It’s such a shame as it all went so well to begin with but they won’t commit to a date to take the skip away. Really awful customer service - sadly I would go elsewhere.

Prompt delivery, courteous man in the office. Collected when asked. Highly recommended and cheaper than the agency used before

I was acting on behalf of someone else and was treated appallingly by this company. Terrible, you'll get your skip delivered, but not collected until weeks later, if at all.
I'd strongly advise against using, unless you want to be abused and hung up on.

Poor customer service , Over charged then ghosted me , waited a fortnight for the skip to be picked up .

Skips are delivered fine, but they are soooo slow at collecting. It took more than 2 weeks and 5 phone calls for the skip to be collected. I was unimpressed by the manager I spoke with - he didn't seem to care and there was no whiff of an apology. I'll use someone else next time I need a skip even if it costs more.

This company is great at dropping off the skip but absolutely terrible when you ask them to pick up the full skip. I have called them 4 times and asked them to collect the skip but every time the driver does not show up.

Shocking company, shocking attitude, rude and aggressive. Took money, arranged delivery date. Date came and went no skip ring to find out where it is only to be told we are now out of area, even though used them before. Now got to find another supplier, job delayed and I’m sure we now have to chase for refund. Check out reviews on their Facebook page to see what they are like and read their responses!

Ordered a 6yd skip and an 8yd skip was delivered and only charged for the 6 yd. Answer the phone promptly. Dropped off and picked up on time by pleasant drivers. Would have no hesitation in using these people again.

They were supposed to collect my skip 2.5 weeks ago. it is still sitting outside of my drive.
