Good communication and friendly and helpful

The change over last year in your business practices has definitely helped with everything! It’s more streamlined now and what’s brilliant is I DO NOT HAVE TO KEEP CHECKING emails/texts etc to find out what’s happening each month with my repeat prescriptions! The pharmacy Knows what’s happening with the clinic and vice versa! (I hope that makes sense! I do have ADHD and had a late diagnosis at 58years of age!)So UNLIKE 👎 the NHS who have cancelled my knee surgery x3 times The LYPHE Clinic/Dispensary CAN BE RELIED ON TO PROVIDE A PREMIUM SERVICE!Thank you and I must add a HUGE MASSIVE THANK YOU 🙏 to the lovely ☺️ “Sophia”the pharmacist! I had a bad experience during my first video interview with a so called specialist. The interviewer was arrogant, uninterested, and kept cutting me off, making it hard for me to ask questions. I won’t be using this company again, especially after they charged me for such a poor interview, offered me another interview... Are they kidding! Ripped off.

Lauren is a star. Last minute need for a travel letter and she delivered despite being out of hours, saving the day!

I’m with Lyphe clinic I have been with them for a couple years now and I think things have gotten better, I would recommend trying Lyphe clinic for your medical journey if you want to try something different than poison,pills and potions?, I have seen some great recovery from medical cannabis and I am proof!, I was on a lot more of medication,methadone,anti depressants,painkillers etc I now have managed to cut away most of the horrible medication,my anxiety is getting better I can walk around with no issues, I really think it’s a good road to recovery and pain,the staff are very supportive and helpful, I even lost my online page and panicked but Lauren was straight back and sorted out my repeat prescription for me in five minutes,the online talk is great and the doctors are very helpful and understanding I have a great doctor, thank you for reading this and I wish you all well on your path to recovery.thank you Lyphe clinic

Was good talking to someone and then the doctor and it was next day post.

The staff are polite and most respectful. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they guide you through the process, there produce is very good and as described.
There Doctors are most helpful and look after me.

Maisie, along with several other colleagues, have been patient / helpful/ concise / proactive and all conversations had in a very timely fashion. Just wish I had opted to change clinics sooner! Keep up the good work and well done for saving my sanity :-)

i have only had positive experiences with lyphe clinic & all of their team.
they always go above and beyond to ensure i get the best care i need.
the only flaw is their new system is a little confusing, but you only have to hop onto a live chat and the team are more than happy to help.

Recently introduced arbitrary limits on THC percentage causing care disruption. Actually looking to leave now, final straw.

Previously on Electric Honeydew 26% which was working really well for me, like , really well! I was happy and not anxious at all for the first time in a long time !

But now after 3 months of use i'm suddenly told no because of a new 25% THC rule management have put in place, so i cant have what i have already been prescribed!? and now need to go through some approval process that "Is almost impossible to be approved for" according to my DR.

To be clear i have checked and this is not a government limit and as far as i can tell is purely designed by lyphe so that patents can't access the correct medication from other pharmacy's!

Its basically them saying " you wont find anything over 25% in the lyphe range of medicines so we wont prescribe you anything over that even if its available from another pharmacy, and we are going to make sure you cant order anything better than what we can produce ourselves."

Disgusting behaviour yet again from these cowboys, AVOID AVOID AVOID
