I did a Graham class with Patrice and I was greatly inspired and motivated by his teaching style. He was explaining the sequences & exercises very well and the pace of the lesson was ideal for all levels. Patrice has a very enthusiastic personality and this creates a positive climate and makes the dance both fun and a good training. Also, I really enjoyed Patrice's dance phrases as they are challenging but again he will make sure to explain them to meet the needs of all levels. I highly recommend Patrice classes for anyone beginner or advanced who wants both a fun and a real dance training!

I enjoyed a lot taking the Graham technique class with Professor Patrice Moniz. It was a very pleasant and dynamic class. I learned, danced and loved the work for my body. I intend to take more classes with him !!!

Of all the online classes I have done over the pandemic, this has by far been the one where I have felt the most energised and connected and encouraged. I felt "seen" by Patrice and you could feel his energy with you. When the class finished and it was back to just me in my room, I was astonished at the difference in energy - how I really felt like I had just been in the studio with him, and was a little sad it had ended, like I wanted it to go on for longer.

I haven’t done Graham technique for years and was very rusty but Patrice was great and so welcoming, I loved the music and would definitely recommend this class! Really great fun - thank you!

Patrice is so kind and gentle, but precise and gives clear esplanations. Highly reccomended.

I really enjoyed the Horton class with M Intensive ODT! Patrice is a great teacher whose expertise and passion shine throughout the class. The training made me feel strong and energised. Great for professional dancers and advanced students!

I loved the energy in the class - it lifted my mood and motivated me to work harder. I loved the traditional Horton exercises and learnt a lot about this style of dance.

Wonderful energy! Well structured class perfect for smaller spaces, with the potential to expand when more space is available. Patrice is positive, clear and engaging. The class is challenging but accessible for different levels, great to work the full body. Loved the music too!

Patrice’s classes are filled with enthusiasm and an encouraging energy, his giving, loving personality makes you forget you’re doing set exercises and variations as they are delivered in a fun and engaging way. You can feel the love he exudes through the screen.
The M Intensive ODT provides not only an excellent resource for discovering and developing Horton and Graham techniques but is also an effective form of body conditioning and maintenance (especially during lockdown) and has left my body feeling worked, engaged, strengthened and stretched - and dripping with sweat. I honestly cannot recommend him enough!
I can’t wait for the day when I can learn from Patrice in a studio in person.

First of all, Patrice is awesome, warm and engaging. He teaches from the heart and ANY - class you take from him would be a gift to you and greatly beneficial to your dance journey!!

As I was working from home today and not motivated to go outside because of the rain. I thought about M_Intensive Online training and I can tell that I am really glad with this purchase. The HIIT was intense ! I was sweating like crazy for my biggest pleasure. The comments from Patrice in the video are really helpful, I had the sensation that he was watching me so I did my best. I will do it again for sure. So thank you M_Intensive for this great video and thank you Patrice for your energy. I highly recommand !!

Horton classes are very well designed for us to be able to dance in a little space and still have a beautiful workout.
Patrice has definitely a great experience in dancing/teaching/transmitting his passion for Horton technic. His eye is very accurate and he gives advice to each dancer taking his class.
He is a fantastic dancer and yet a very warm and fun person.

I took the int/adv Horton class with Patrice last week and really enjoyed it! Many teachers who do online classes don't leave much time for actual work across the floor or short choreographies. That was different with Patrice. He managed to adapt exercises to get us moving even in small spaces, corrected us individually and provided great teaching with a mixture of warm up, traditional Horton exercises and choreography. And of course, Patrice's energy make his classes always so invigorating! I definitely recommend!

Patrice is an amazing teacher! Full of energy and passion that is contagious!
He cares about doing the right thing and always make sure the dancers are ok, happy and are doing the right movements.

I feel soo good after each class with Patrice!!
