A delay of this nature for a confirmed transaction is unacceptable for any platform dealing with real money. The lack of accountability and urgency from the support team only makes the situation more concerning.
This is my latest update, and I am fully prepared to provide any additional proof if required. However, the responsibility to resolve this lies entirely with 22Bet.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this matter further across major public review platforms and formal complaint channels to ensure visibility.
I expect immediate action—either the full amount is credited to my account or refunded without any further delay.
Abusive Practices and Blocked Withdrawals – 22Bet
I requested a withdrawal of €70 on 16-02-2026, which stayed “approved” for over 7 business days but was not processed. After multiple complaints, I finally received most of it, but €10 remained in my account.
When I tried to withdraw the remaining balance, I was told I needed to deposit more money to meet the minimum withdrawal. I did so in good faith. On my second withdrawal attempt on 08-03-2026, the withdrawal was canceled without notice, and the funds were returned to my gaming account, with the vague explanation of “technical issues.”
This repeated pattern of blocking withdrawals, delays, and pressuring deposits is abusive and misleading. I strongly do not recommend 22Bet.

At the beginning I was very pleased with 22Bet because deposits and withdrawals were always smooth and fast. I always used the same card for both deposit and withdrawal, and I never had any problems before. That is why I trusted this bookmaker and continued using the account I opened in 2024, and I would like to continue using it in the future as well.
Recently I started betting again after a break, with slightly higher stakes but nothing unusual, and lately I had more winnings than before. When I requested a withdrawal of 1130€, the problems started.
My withdrawal has now been pending for more than 12 days. During this time the verification team keeps asking for new documents every few days. First they asked for ID, then driving license, then passport, then utility bill. I even took a selfie picture with me holding my ID and in my other hand e mail chat with them and every time I send the document, I am told to wait up to 72 hours, and after that another document is requested again.
All documents I sent are real, valid, and match my account details. I always used my own card and my own account, and I never broke any rules. Still, the verification process does not seem to end.
Support replies look automated and always say the same thing: "wait for verification" or "your request was sent to specialist". If I don’t send emails, nobody contacts me, and I just keep waiting without any clear explanation.
I understand that verification is necessary, but more than 12 days with repeated requests for new documents does not feel normal. I would really like this situation to be resolved because until now I had a good experience with 22Bet and I want to continue using this bookmaker, but this delay makes the situation very frustrating.
I hope the verification will finally be completed soon and that I will be able to withdraw my money without further delays.
