If I could give a lower mark I would. Very bad custumer service or inexistant; 3 e-mails unanswered where I was just asking how to return an article which I bought from a misleading advertisement.

First when I ordered it, they advertised half price but when I received it, they charged me full price. The product (Heated Gloves) heated up to dangerously hot when plugged in but did not work at all when unplugged. No customer service to return it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam.

Ordered under cabinet lights January 12, 2026. Tracking info not accurate. February 6, 2026 received email stating your goods have been received. Sent email to the customer service email asking where it was delivered because I did not receive it. I ve gotten no response to 3 emails I sent to them. I also keep getting emails from them to buy more of their merchandise, and I told them since you can’t deliver my order or respond to my emails why would I even consider ordering anything else from you. Stay away from from this company!!

I ordered there heated gloves, and the power source to run the gloves was not included in package. The cords are to short to run down your sleeves to use them. The photoes are deceiving and do not show any cords, I would belive that they are rechargeable.
Disappointed purchase!

Absolutely disgusting site. Nobody should buy off here. Goods never arrive, no refund of money and emails ignored. I am fumming complete scammers 😡

I would have picked No Stars if I could. After ordering a mop from Acssart through Facebook. Firstly I tried to cancel order before the product was shipped, when I realised After giving me the option of my home country AU. I thought I was being charged AUD until payment went through, I saw I had been charged USD.
I emailed them several times and emailed them twice for a return address, assuming it would arrive. I had the same issue with the Australian courier they used, took nearly a month and when it notified me that it had been delivered, my parcel was no where to be found. The courier was not one I had seen before, called Core Business Enterprise Advantage, had no easy way to contact. I replied to the only email I had from them, but no contact from them either. After paying A$70 for a mop that never arrived has been a really bad experience. During the process They changed names several times! This company are absolute scammers, please donot buy from them. I just want to be refunded from them!! I am a 74yr old lady on a government pension!!

I ordered 3 shower holders which arrived a month later and defective! $85 I paid Canadian
they came with adhesive backing to these clips you attach to frame , and after they fall off shower wall when water hits it. I have asked for refund and an address to return product…… but no answer . Customer service phone no not in service , no response to their bogus email. THIS ACCSART COMPANY IS A SCAM!
Do not order anything from them!

Very bad expérience with this company. Order was sent to France while I live in Canada! Info from delivery system indicates item was returned to sender du to incorrect address. Sent numerous emails to customer service asking for a refund without getting any reply. Will ask my credit card to refund me. First and last time I order from them.

Note: Might be just a coïncidence but Accsart issued a full refund a few hours after my original post on Trustpilot. They informed me via Messenger.

My order never arrived! Ordered 2 months before Christmas. It's now January 13 still nothing. I don't want the order anymore. I'll never order anything else from them again. I just want my refund now. Just want to forget this drama!!!!!!

I don’t even want to give them one star. I purchased three items and were told they were delivered which they were not.

Have emailed multiple times for a response and haven’t received any feedback.

Yet they took my payment right on time!

BEWARE! Total scam.

The size of the item I purchased is not what was Represented. It arrived a week after Christmas when I orders almost a month prior. I have requested return information 3 times with no response. Have no other recourse but to have my Bank charge the item back based on my proof of 3rd request for return information. Just sent my 3rd request today.

I ordered toys on December 28 2 flying birds for my cats until now never got it yet. I think they are scam.

The product I ordered, did not arrive. They claim that they tried to delivered it twice, and said they would call. They didn't call, and the tracking on the map doesn't even show it made it to Brisbane Australia.
I have tried contacting support, I keep getting the same generic email. They have done nothing, haven't returned an email that a human has written, haven't offered any refunds, don't want to talk to me, and all of the tracking information I don't believe to be true, as each time I reach out to the so called tracking provider they send me somewhere else.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, I BELIVE IT TO BE A SCAM.
I did report to Afterpay as this is how I paid, they claim they can't do anything. I believe afterpay should withdraw the service for this company.

Complete scam. don’t expect to ever receive your product.

I'm not sure what's wrong with the items. I haven't received them yet but the customer service is very poor and make me feels as though I was scammed. I can't track my package and don't know if I'm gone to receive my package. I'm not sure if I was scammed 😕 this is an awful feeling. I will never order from this Company again. I want my money back and will do everything in my power to see that I get some kind of justice. Please stay away from this website before you become mentally abuse like me.

Not worth the money very cheap, though I received it, it would have been better if I didn't. Nothing like the picture. DON'T BUY ITS CRAP. Bad on me for not reviewing the reviews.
