I have deposit my account and bet and then try withdraw and they ask document
Ive sent document multiple times through email since 2 month but no answer at all

New user registered yesterday - deposited 50 k. My Userid 1573142069. worst experience with Melbet. After playing and winning, I tried to withdraw my balance but they refused to process it. I contacted their support multiple times, security team but instead of solving the issue, they kept delaying with excuses.
This is a scam when a platform takes your money but doesn’t allow you to withdraw your own winnings. Very unprofessional, unfair, and frustrating.
All strongly advise globally others to avoid Melbet and not use the site ever.

I am a new user on Melbet. I downloaded the app for the first time and made a single deposit of 50,000 INR using my own bank account.

For verification, I submitted all legal and genuine documents, including: Multiple times.

Despite submitting only original, government-issued and issued documents by Government Of India - the Security Team claimed that my documents are “forged” without explaining which document or which specific detail is incorrect. When I requested clarification or asked what alternative format is acceptable, I was told that “all consulting has already been provided” and they stopped responding.
Multiple times chatted with online support chat - sent mails multiple times - No response.

As a first-time user who followed all rules and provided legitimate documents, this experience feels extremely unfair. No clear reason, no opportunity to correct, and no transparent verification standard was shared.

I am posting this review to highlight this issue and humbly requesting Melbet to provide clear, specific, and transparent verification requirements, especially for new users.

Yes please i am a new user, this is very bad experience for me ,first time i used this app and my withdrawal is not being processed because there’s no intention to let me take out my money.

I had the worst experience with Melbet. I deposited money, played fairly, and when I requested a withdrawal, they started endless KYC verification harassment.

First, they asked for my National ID. I provided it. Then they demanded a PDF from the government site, then selfies with my ID, then pictures showing my email inbox, then again the “original” ID, and then again “uncompressed files larger than 1MB.” Every time I send what they ask, they come back with new excuses.

I even went to the government office and collected an officially printed ID, took high-quality photos, and sent them — still rejected. Instead of helping customers, they keep wasting time and blocking my money.

This is pure harassment in the name of verification. Melbet does not respect players and does not release funds honestly. I strongly warn others: don’t trust Melbet with your money.

Once your account get suspended they give several reasons just to take away all your money
Their one rule says they will refund the winning money but in my case they just took away all my 60k rupees money and closed my account without any proper reason
I just had one account 3 years back which I never used and lost my credentials
Now I don't even have access to that account and they closed it 3 weeks back

I just did a deposit on 245 kr from mifinity but didnt recived anything in melbet account. I contacted the live chat and she told me to wait 15 min. After that I still dindt recived anything so I contacted them again. Then she said i have to wait 2-3 hours and gave me a ticket number. This has never happend before mifinity deposit always come right away in the betting account.
I am so happy i didnt deposit bigger balance

I still haven't received any updates from melbet. now almost 20 days have passed. every time I contact them they say they are on the case and some say come back in 2-3 hours. They also say that I should contact them by email. I have sent almost 8 e-mails without a reply. it seems that they have set up fake emails on their website.
I really hope people open their eyes and don't play here anymore.
