AMAZING!

I first bought my shyguys tunic in 2019 and was shocked by the quality! Over years of constant wear as a daily hoodie, and cosplay content creation, I eventually decided to buy 6 more over the years! Not because mine got worn, but to wear in rotation in case one for dirty!

They are machine washable too and won't shrink in the dryer!

They even sold a limited run of black tunics at my request!

Thanks xcoser, you rock!

If you ever make more shygal tunics, especially in other colors I'll be happy to buy more!

I ordered and paid for an outfit + mask, and faster delivery from Xcoser.
The delivery was fine time wise, but the mask I ordered had 2 parts broken from it. When emailing to say about the damage I got told just to glue the parts back together and got offered a 10$ refund.
I wanted a new mask or full refund, but they wanted me to pay the shipping to return the broken mask. I refused and asked for a full refund. This was refused and they offered me 15$ as a final offer.
Overall, The quality of clothing is poor, and the mask came broken. For the price I paid for it all I’m very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from the site. Not interested in customer satisfaction at all it seems in my experience anyway.

In 2024 i bought the T-45 Powerarmor Helmet from the Fallout Games. The design, aize and paintjob on the helmet is Great. The Quality is very good too.
No i just needet help with a new order i placed for the new T-51 Helmet on theyr website. Customer Service answered right away and was very helpfull and tried everything to make my request work out.

I got a costume that was missing gloves, and when I emailed customer service for help, they immediately got on it right away. I was also even able to exchange the size. They were so helpful and understanding. The cosplay itself was also of great quality, and I would definitely purchase it again.

I ordered the beskar Mandalorain kit it looks fantastic. Everything fit perfectly what was offered in the kit matches what I received. Anytime I wear it I get compliments. The customer service was fast and warm. I highly recommend this company for all your cosplay needs

After buying a beautiful mando costume, I quickly disenchanted when I discovered the pant simply scratched within the first day wearing it, after only two hours.

The aftersales service reacted sending me a new pant but without the laces to fit their own armor plates ! When I told them this was not only strange but also that they needed to send me the same exact pant as I could not fit the whole costume on it, they ended telling me to sew myself the laces from the older one to the new one or to find a local tailor and pay for it.

This company is very unprofesionnal and believe me, for a 500 euros costume, it is not worth it.

PS : they clearly face a hard size issue (also the torso armor and gauntlets are so much bigger than the reste they cannot be tighten, you must put some plastic or clothes under them).

Received my well packed order in a timely fashion. However, the pieces do not match the measurements on the website at all. They’re refusing to acknowledge this, instead insisting that there’s a “margin for error”. Piece is off by over 4 cm in places and none of the measurements are accurate at all. It’s totally unusable because of this.

DO NOT PAY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING! IT IS A LIE. Bought an addition to a costume for Halloween in case it rains. Express hipping on their website states 2-7 days. Over a week later and the costume is not yet dispatched. Costume was in stock according to the website. Customer service are useless half of the time. Vague responses and never any useful information. Upon asking for a refund and cancellation, they read my messages and didn't respond. I have previously bought their products through amazon and they were good, however their own website does not come with the security of ordering through Amazon. Doubtful that I may even receive a costume or my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

So far an utterly miserable experience. Ordered a mask on the 28th of September with express shipping 1-6 days - well before Halloween/comicon by a month. It is now the 4th of November and they still have no processed it or refunded my money despite trying to be in contact with them sort of every few days they are literally just ignoring me. I asked for the order to be cancelled on the 2th as it was pointless, still not processed after all, and all I got as an “ok”. At this moment in time I am £80 down, a month and abit with no product, zero customer service and just feels like a massive scam

Xcoser had a Game of Thrones egg set that was advertised for $99 and a coupon for 20% off for orders over $100. I added a $10 keychain and placed my order with the discount. The payment through PayPal went through but nothing ever got delivered. I contacted Xcoser and they never replied. I now have to open a case with PayPal to get my money returned. With all the cosplay stores available to purchase from I would go to any except Xcoser. Very disappointing.

I bought their Kylo Ren TLJ costume last year and i can still use it at cons and parties this year. Good quality and highly recommended.
