Maake is my business’s source for organic cotton fabric which we use to make hand-cut fabric waxing strips and vintage inspired lid covers for the jars of product we sell. This company used to be very good, with efficient customer service and speedy delivery. Something seems to have gone very wrong in the last 6 weeks. Huge delays in orders, very poor customer service. Such a shame.

Maake have been really helpful whilst i have been developing my new fabric collection. Really professional service, speedy delivery and great quality. They notice the details and called in to check when I'd mistakenly ordered the wrong fabric! A great service and highly recommend.

My fabric turned out beautiful, prices are definitely better than other options in the market, they were helpful and understanding as I had a time-sensitive order, overall great service and quality.

Absolutely phenomenal business. My prints are always crisp and delivered timely. They go above and beyond to please. I’ve been using Maake for over 6 years and have never been displeased.

Astoundingly good service. Over the years, I have ordered custom-printed cushion covers from both Maake and BagsOfLove. Those sold by Maake are MUCH nicer fabric and higher-resolution printing (and cost half the price!) Maake also treated me incredibly well after I misunderstood manufacturing times and realised I had ordered a birthday gift too late. Even though the mistake was mine, they made sure I wasn't out of pocket.

For future customers: if you need a custom-printed-and-sewn item like a cushion cover, order 2.5 weeks before you need the item, to make absolutely sure you've given enough time. But if you can do this, you'll get a product that is both cheaper and noticeably higher quality than competitors.

Good quality fabric (drill) although I have yet to test this as a T towel. Image had come out well. Delivered quickly.
Only possible criticism is that the fabric delivered included a couple of blank white areas- I ordered 16 as this was the lowest number set at the next price band but would have ordered 18 if I had realised there was space for 2 more.

The products are always great quality and a really fast service.

Fantastic service. Easy to upload artwork files. Turnaround time is very fast. Fabric quality is spot-on and print finish and colours, equally spot-on.

Good communication from staff who helped with suggestions and produced a great looking fat quarter of a photograph which I’m using in a piece of artwork.

The custom tea towels I ordered with my own designs turned out absolutely amazing. The upload process was straightforward and easy to use, and communication throughout was excellent.

I also had additional woven labels sewn in, which were finished beautifully. The quality of the tea towels (I chose Drill) is fantastic, and the design reproduction is spot on—there’s genuinely nothing I’m unhappy with.

They’re already selling well, which says it all! I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for future offers—Tea Towel Thursday is such a brilliant bonus. For anyone starting out and trying to put their work out into the world, it really takes the pressure off that first investment. It can feel like a big leap, spending money and hoping your designs will sell, so offers like this make it feel far more achievable and genuinely supportive for small creatives.

The packaging was good overall; although the box arrived slightly damaged, that was clearly down to the courier rather than Maake.

I already have more designs in mind and will absolutely be ordering again. Thank you for bringing my vision to life!

I have ordered a couple times a print on a fabric!

Good material, well printed, quick turn around and delivery

I was so excited to receive the fabric.
I submitted my own artwork to be printed to see how it would look. I am so happy with the result. The quality of the colours, the print itself and the service were all great. I am already thinking of future options.
