Never received the product
Never received the product. Not an issue with Mabel and fox but Royal Mail who did not deliver it and dumped in someone’s garden instead and the number on the form does not exist.

Great website
Everything I order is exactly as shown on the website. Very easy to navigate & order from this site. The prices were pretty reasonable and looked to be very high quality products. Very happy with my purchases and good quality & well made. The only drawback was the delivery time it took to get my package. Having said that I would still order again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
Well worth having a look on their website if you need gifts for babies/children. You won’t be disappointed!!

Beautiful quality from a British company

This was a baby shower gift and the brand new Mummy to be was delighted with it. It’s not your average baby change mat, it’s a lovely, quality product and looks and feels as though it will be so comfy for baby x

Wouldn’t shop here again
Recently placed an online order with Mabel & Fox.
Received the order several days later, to find an item missing. I emailed in to Mabel & Fox straightaway and received a response two days later, asking me for photos of what I had received, along with a picture of the packing slip.
The parcel was received two days prior to this- I had already unpacked the parcel and put away the items received- The packing slip, along with the box, had been put into the recycling bin!
In any event, I’m not sure what this would have proven, since I’d already explained clearly which items had been received and which item was missing.
I then received another email with ‘Please could you check the packaging? Our stock appears to be correct, so I believe this was sent!’
The line ‘I believe this was sent’ appears to infer that Mabel & Fox didn’t believe I hadn’t received the item and once again asked me to check the packaging, even though I had already previously explained that the packaging was in the bin and I had obviously thoroughly checked this when I received my parcel, two days prior, before I emailed in-
The item was not there!
Mabel & Fox appeared reluctant to admit a mistake had been made and I was made to feel like a liar.
NOT the sort of service you expect when shopping with any retailer, particularly not one that sells items priced at the higher end of the baby market.
As a side note, I also noticed the Mrs Ertha strawberry water bottle I had purchased from them (during their sample same) had been reduced further, after I had purchased (and before this was received).
However, I daren’t contact them about this issue too, for fear of receiving a similarly snotty response, such as all sample sale products are ‘final sale items’, blah blah blah.
Mabel & Fox do sell some beautiful products, but they also sell many items that are available elsewhere- I personally wouldn’t shop here again, down to the unprofessional way my issue was dealt with and felt that for a small ‘family run’ business, the service was poor.

I can see this issue has now been resolved for you with a replacement order as we were out of office over the weekend.
When we have a report of a missing item, we always have to ask for a packing slip so we can figure out where the fault has occurred during packing. This can then be passed onto our warehouse team. As this wasn't provided and our stock levels were correct, we wanted to ensure this wasn't lost in the packaging or in transit.
