Never got my order no response to emails and messages about a refund just stole my money. Order #2357 awful really

DO NOT USE...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO REFUNDS. TOOK WEEKS TO ARRIVE. DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS. VERY BAD

Very shoddy shoes took weeks to arrive, turns out they were from China.
The returns email address doesn’t work and the returns policy says return to China.
I should have known better!

Low quality material, long delays - be aware this is not coming from London. Wrong item sent. When asked to return, they will offer you a % off so not to return the item, and if you return, you have to pay postage to China. Not worth it at all. I gave them 1star as I could not give them 0.

I am very disappointed wirh my experience . The item I received was not as described , with poor quality and incorrect sizing compared to what was shown online .
Delivery also took much longer than expected .When I contacted customer service , instead of resolving the issue properly , they repeatedly offered partial refunds ( 15%, 20% and then 25% ) instead of a full refund .
They also require customers to pay for international return shipping which is unreasonable and was not made clear at the time of purchase .
Overall , this has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience .I would not recommend this company .

Waited weeks, coat was very thin and poor quality plus about 2 sizes smaller than it should be. Dress a few shapeless pieces of thin material. £100 I will not get back. DO NOT USE.

Waited ages for delivery, when it arrived it was creased so badly you wouldn’t be able to do anything g about it because the material is rubbish. Tried to return it but it pull cost me about £20. Because it came from China. I wpuld never buy from this company again. Disgraceful!!

If I could I would be giving these a ZERO rating. I want to return my items but cannot get hold of them for the return details, there's no response to my emails and then they go and block me! They are scammers!! Got the items I orders but they are of such poor quality, made of cheap material and very badly made. I might just report them to Trading Standards seeing as there is an address in london on the package I received.

Would be zero. Bought a dress but not good quality and doesn’t fit. Refusing to give me refund details. Ignoring emails.

This is a complete scam items are from China of terrible quality, very cheap fabrics plus take weeks to arrive even though they state 3-7 days plus they will not except returns even though items are sent from Feltam Uk .

2 dresses bought and received yesterday. 'Elegant' dresses are just cut out bits of shapeless material with hanging threads. Despite selling as made and distributed from 'London' I now discover they are from China and returns are at my cost although they are currently refusing to provide a return address.
