I found the customer service is great from my experience, they sent me a new case after I made a complaint that the one I ordered had a small piece of leather came off from the case, they even sent me a key ring for free! I know they made in China but the quality is quite good !

Do not buy anything from this company! It’s junk made in China. The products are fake leather even though on the website they state they are real. Also the cases that come with the wallet don’t even fit the iPhone properly leaving an edge of the phone above the lip of the case. Tried to get a refund and they refused and super rude customer service. Now I’m stuck with a 100 dollar pice of crap that I can’t give a way for free!

Garbage quality. My monogram scratched off in the first week, the pebbled leather doesn’t hold up. Really trash…don’t fall for the photos

I placed an order and saw the awful reviews on here afterwards. I had no choice but to figure I may have just set fire to £75. However, my new iphone case arrived in a timely fashion considering it was sent from China (6 working days) and looks exactly like the pictures on the website. I’m really happy with the colour, quality and the magnet on the attachable card holder seems strong.

Cheap products from China.
No refunds or exchange unless product is defective and if it’s defective, you have only 7 days to report it or they will straight out reject your request. They also charge $15 “Admin” fee to return a defected item plus they put responsibility onto the customer to pay the shipping fees to return because they are cheap AF and they want to discourage you from bothering. Shipping takes longer than advertised on their website as they get shipped directly from a warehouse in Asia.

Don't waste your money! Quality is poor, they remove bad reviews from their shop.

This is a scam company. They are not legit.

I ordered four items from this company…a leather folio wrap with clear case, a leather case, a charger, and a grip stand. The leather was okay, but the inside of the folio feels cheap and only has one slot for cards. The card is difficult to remove due to the proximity to the edge of the phone (horizontal slot rather than vertical). But, that was the least of my problems, so I didn’t complain about that to the company.

The leather case I received was not the size I ordered and would not fit my phone. The MagSafe grip stand has a weak magnet and slides around on the back of the phone. It cannot be used at all for a stand due to the weakness of the magnet. And finally, I made an error when I ordered and meant to order a MagSafe charger and did not.

I spent a week emailing back and forth with the company, sending pictures, explaining the issues, and getting more and more frustrated. At the end of this process, I did manage to obtain a promise that they will send the correct size leather case (remains to be seen if they actually will), and a refund for the barely functional grip stand (remains to be seen if I actually get the money back). They refused to allow an exchange of the charger because it was my error. They did offer a free screen protector to be sent with my case for my trouble. If they could send the screen protector, they could send a MagSafe charger. I would have been happy to return the products I wasn’t satisfied with, but they did not want to solve the problems that way.

I politely pointed out that in this world of easy, free returns and exchanges, their company would have difficulty being successful. They responded and said because they are located outside the U.S, they cannot do returns and exchanges that way.

If you order from this company, don’t expect high quality, and don’t expect a full resolution to any problem or dissatisfaction with their products. You likely will not receive it. Order at your own risk and expect to wait 10-14 days to receive your order as their shipping is quite slow.

Shipping takes forever, zero customer service and the product quality is sad. This company is obviously a drop shipping scam

Update: I finally heard back from Macarooon over a week later however they have replaced the phone case and gifted a matching key ring for the inconvenience! Thank you for resolving the issue.

I have just received my order last week and the case arrived damaged. As of yet I have not heard a response from them having emailed them twice. The refund policy says no refunds unless the item is defective and it has to be notified to them within 7 days. I bought the cross body strap and the MagSafe cover with leather case. From first look I’m a bit dubious that the strap adaptor will work to hold the phone’s weight. The personalised inscription also comes up unclear and the side buttons of the leather case do not completely sit on top of the side buttons on the phone.

Phone cases shipped from China so take a long time to arrive. Arrived with gold embossing that smeared across the leather, staining it. Sent photos to them, requesting a replacement and received no response. Sent a request for a refund and also received no response.
