What a great company, I had a not functioning mac air, Reece gave me lots of options laid out with transparency. What repair would cost, what a replacement refurbished mac would cost and didn't pressure me in any way. I asked lots of questions and he spoke in language I understood- not tech speak. What a lovely experience

Absolutely pleasant experience using eFix MacBook Repairs. My M1 Pro 14” had an issue with its logic board which stopped it from turning on, but eFix was able to promptly identify the issue and fix it once I gave the green light. I am thoroughly impressed by the customer service and quality work, and am especially glad I didn’t take it to Apple who would have charged me a premium just to replace the board and deem my data unretrievable. They even sent me some Moams with the MacBook :)

Wonderful service! Really highly recommend. Very professional and great communication. (Needed a genuine battery for MacBook Air. Turnaround within a few days, which included ordering from Apple.)

I have just received my repair and have immediately come online to leave this review. I have a 2024 MacBook Air and after lines appeared on my screen I took my MacBook into Apple who wanted £598 to replace the screen. I took it to a local shop who could do it quicker but would require at least 2 weeks to fix it. I then found MacBook-repairs.co.uk and they are genuinely the best company I have ever purchased a service from. I paid £330 to have my screen repaired including postage. The communication is truly first class and I cannot recommend them enough. They are clearly a very professional company who are excellent at what they do. The laptop has been very well packaged and has arrived as new! I truly cannot thank you enough and would encourage others to use them!

Found this company after a google search. They responded quickly to my email and we agreed the prices for the upgrade I wanted. They sent a prepaid label and I shipped off the MacBook. It arrived back very quickly and the work was completed and the MacBook return in just 1 week. Excellent service

After over 9 years my MacBook Pro 2016 Tocuhbar model finally succumbed to what I found out to be a common issue with this model, Flexgate. I searched around various vendors who provide this service but ultimately settled on eFix due to their excellent reviews and upfront and detailed website. I was glad to have had this repair done with eFix. The process was smooth with excellent communication before and during the repair. My ageing battery was also identified and recommended for repair at a discounted rate which I took up. Very pleased with the work and my Mac now works normally again and battery life is great. I'd highly recommend eFix if you encounter the same issue or others.
