MacFinder have had my business for years. I have bought all of my family's laptop and desktop Macs from them. In my experience, the items are always better than described and my latest purchase (2022 M2 MacBook Pro 13") for my daughter was described as 'Good" but I can hardly see a mark on it. Traded in my MacBook Pro and it was so easy. I inputted my model, got a price, accepted and then was send all the packing materials and information. I chose to print out my label and posted it almost immediately
I did have an interaction with customer services and they were brilliant! Polite, friendly, professional and very helpful.
In terms of value, the amount offered was fair and actually a bit higher than expected, especially when I used a promo code.
The money was within my account within 48hrs of receipt of my laptop which was great.
If you have a Mac or similar device to sell, want a hassle free experience and fair, quick payment, you can’t go wrong with MacFinder.

Just a hassle to even get what I paid for. They charged me fir two day shipping and posted it economy super slow. The whole thing was supposed to take a few days, took a full week, still not delivered, had to go and pick it up.

Thank you for your email, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience.
From what you’ve described, this isn’t what we would expect. Your order should have been sent via DHL Express, and based on that service it should have already been delivered a considerable amount of time ago. The expectation for you to travel and collect the parcel is also not in line with how DHL normally operate, so this is something we are taking seriously.
I’m going to investigate this with DHL as a priority, including how the parcel was shipped and why you were asked to collect it. If they have failed on the service provided, we will be raising a formal complaint with them.
If this turns out to be an error on our side in terms of the service used, we will of course fully refund all shipping costs.
I also appreciate that this has been frustrating from the outset, and I’m sorry for the poor first impression this has given. As mentioned previously, we did offer a full return and refund early on, and that option still remains available if you’d prefer not to keep the device.
I’ll come back to you as soon as we have clarity from DHL.

My first Apple product
Received my reconditioned MacBook in December 2025, which is an excellent spec and I was exceptionally happy with it. However I noticed an issue with the battery about 2 months later when I tried to use the laptop without the power cables. I contacted MacFinder and explained all the tests I had completed and they agreed it appeared to be a battery issue. So they arranged a free return code and sent details of how to send it and pack it in the box it came in which I held onto. I dealt with Charles throughout who promptly answered all my questions and the MacBook was returned quickly with a full outline of the work undertaken. All in all an excellent product and a great service. Special thanks to Charles.

Really Great Experience from Enquiry to Delivery
Really great experience using MacFinder. I used their chat function to chat with a member of their team to get advice about what MacBook would work for my needs and they were super fast to respond and very helpful with my many questions. When I purchased my new MacBook, delivery was fast and communication throughout has been great. Lots of updates about status of order etc. The MacBook itself was securely packaged and in great condition considering it was one of their "Fair usage" condition products. I was recommended MacFinder by a friend and was not disappointed. Will definitely be recommending to anyone looking for a good quality, reliable second hand Mac in the future.
