Customer service was amazing during the initial purchase and during a follow up service. Paulina in the front office was very helpful throughout both processes. Dj is the man with the plan and fixed all that needed to be fixed and detailed. Love this place so! Super 73 WHO?

My riding experience with the Mac fox…
My writing experience with the Mac fox is great. It's been fun, it's reliable. And it's just over all a great bike, and I would definitely recommend it for like beginners and stuff because it's easy to control. And you just can do a lot of stuff to it, to make it look good. But yeah, it's a very good bike for a beginner. And I would definitely recommend it.

Best ebike I have ever had
The macfox ebike is the best ebike I have had. It is great for beginners and people that have already ridden an ebike and want a safe and reliable bike. I have had no problems with the bike. Ordering and shipping was so easy my grandma ordered for me! I ride my ebike everyday it is not raining. The bike is great for a birthday present for your kid. It gets me outside so much my mom has to tell me to come and eat dinner. Overall my macfox x7 is the best ebike I have ever had

Ordered a Macfox E-Bike for my son for Christmas.
It was delivered on time, safe and sound, no delays, no issues. Even with it being chaotic holidays.
Showed up professionally packaged for safe transport.
Simple, easy instructions.
Was able to assemble without my kids catching me. Haha
We have been riding it daily since Christmas.
A little over two months.
My son has nearly put 300 miles on it already. And thinks he is the coolest kid on the entire block. Haha
Macfox E-Bikes are honestly great.
I’m happy with the experience all around.
From the purchase, to the shipment, the assembly, and the every day riding ever since.

My Macfox E-Bike Experience
I’ve had my Macfox e-bike for about two years now, and it’s been an awesome experience. When I first got it, I had a lot of fun learning how to ride and getting comfortable while also being mindful and respectful of my local community. It’s been really helpful for transportation, and it’s just a blast to ride. One of my favorite parts has been learning tricks and getting more confident over time. My dad added a foot brake, which made it way more fun for doing tricks. We also put on pegs and had a great time customizing it together. Fun, reliable, and great for both getting around and doing tricks. I’d love the chance to be sponsored and represent the brand, I want to do more!!!

2 years with Macfox
I have had my X1 for 2 years now and I love this thing. Gets me to where I need to go. I have done minor maintenance and it's still pushing me around. Glad I purchased this bike. My only issue with my purchase is I received my bike pretty early so I unfortunately did not get the dual battery bracket that connects the two batteries even though I purchased the dual battery version. I also can't find it for sale alone on the Macfox Website and for that I will give it 4 stars. Looks like the new models get the battery blender.
Don't get me wrong, I still love my bike!

X1S is awesome!
I recently purchased the X1 and I love it!! It is an awesome looking bike and exactly what I was looking for. The throttle response is great and goes plenty fast for my liking. The only thing I don’t love is the gear ratio but is easily interchangeable.

Great bike but Customer Service needs improvemt
Great bike, my son loves it. The best part is being able to customize the bike with so many companies selling accessories. The only issue we have had is with customer service and the warranty. They sent the wrong part twice, and each time thru USPS, so he was without a bike for over 3 weeks. They said they wanted to make it right and send him some swag when it was sent the 3rd time. I should have never told him about it, we opened the box and only the part was inside. My 12 year old was disappointed, but glad to have his bike up and running.
