Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The manual I received wasn’t as useful as advertised, and getting help from customer support was frustrating. The whole process felt unprofessional and not worth the money. Also, after seeing my experience, many of the 5-star reviews seem hard to believe and don’t match the service I received. I wouldn’t use them again.

Absolutely terrible experience. The service was unprofessional, communication was poor, and the software installation was not handled properly. I encountered multiple issues afterward solved. It felt like the job was rushed without any concern for quality or customer satisfaction.Honestly, one star is too high for this experience—they don’t even deserve that. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliable computer support or software installation services.

If I'm ever unsure if a manual contains what I need, they will reply to me and let me know, otherwise linking me to the correct manual. I have also previously made a mistake and purchased the wrong manual, but I contacted them and they sent me the right one.

Was skeptical to buy anything online but after talking to some colleagues these guys are the real deal. They speak English, very easy to understand and have amazing customer support. I bought my own laptop with the recommended specs they gave me, they set up everything via teamviewer and within a few days (ONLY BECAUSE MY INTERNET IS RIDICULOUSLY SLOW) everything was up and running without a problem. If you are a heavy duty mechanic and need diagnostic equipment which let’s be honest everything’s electrically controlled nowadays, I would highly recommend these guys.
