Mac Replacement Keys Reviews

Excellent service, great value for money

delivery was prompt and despite being sceptical the key perfectly fit into place as if it was never changed at all. Defo recommend this company :)

Fast reliable service clicked into place and worked straight away

Perfect. Very happy to recommend. I had a replacement M key. Fitted perfectly and quick to come. Great communication.

The parts supplied were well packaged and arrived in the advised timescale. Their website also offers support in fitting replacement parts which I would particularly useful.
I would definitely recommend this supplier.

Quick and easy to replace lost keyboard key.

I had the best experience with this company. They respond straight away to queries. I realised I ordered the wrong part so they changed my order immediately and kept me informed throughout.

Easy ordering process, prompt delivery, one of the products didn't work so customer service quickly offered advice followed by a partial refund.
All round good customer experience.

Parts were delivered quickly, and worked perfectly.

Quick delivery.

Was sent two of the same keys, in error. After sending an email, I had an immediate reply and the correct key was sent super quick.

Also, I believe this is the same company which publish videos on how to fix the keys, which were so simple to follow and literally saved me having to pay a ridiculous amount to get a full new keyboard!

Highly recommend!

It was easy to find and order the piece I needed on the website, which included a video on how to replace the key. Delivery was fast.

After watching the Mac Replacement Keys how to video on YouTube I bought the tool to fix my space bar sticking. Worked perfectly and took under a minute to do.

wrong key sent...new key sent immediately with genuine apologies...thanks v much guys

Mr order was a day late and I complained which they responded quite fast and tried to solve the issue quickly by offering to pay me back delivery and sending a new order for me but imy initial order arrived later during the day. They even sent me a part for my order for free after inquiring if they had it. Don’t normally write a review but would recommend

Great service and perfect replacement keys for my Mac. Thank you

The shift key worked perfectly but the space bar didn’t work at all. A trip to Apple now needed :(

my keys and tool for Order No. 64634 have still not arrived

Happy with the service, very helpful and professional in the light of a delivery failure. All resolved and happy with the product.
