Great service
I've used Mac Replacement keys a few times before and always been satisfied. Even when the wrong type of key has been sent by mistake (a one-off) they very quickly responded to be certain of details and then immediately resent. Extremely happy with their service.

Great to deal with
Thomas was great in helping me with more than what I wanted to fix my Mac key. He gave me more butterflies just in case I messed it up and also links to repair videos which worked a treat. Great communications and great service many thanks.

I received a key tab with a different label. the original had a Narrow but that I received one with the word tab. It is a little different but it could generate a reduction in the price or a complaint if I would want to sell the laptop.

Above and beyond service
Above and beyond service, when the wrong key was sent through the post, there was no hesitation in sending the correct one through and I was even told to keep the wrong one as it was their mistake, Thomas was brilliant and efficient to deal with via emails.
Will definitely use again
