From the beginning to the end this company was outstanding. Before placing my order I had a few questions and they customer service was amazing all my queries answered and more. I was given a date of delivery and just before the date a time of delivery. My mirror was exactly what I asked for and the delivery driver helped bring the item it and explained to my builders how to put it on. He also showed me other samples of what they have as per my request. I will definitely recommend this company and will be buying from them again. They are also cheaper than other options out there.

Excellent website and ordering experience, accurate sizing on supplied glazing, helpful enquiry desk, resupplied slightly damaged item no quibbles. Can't fault this company on any metric. Would recommend, only hope they don't change.

Ordered mirrors for my home gym and everything went smoothly. Website has good instructions for instalation and info on any options and accessories. Delivery was as described and well communicated.

The quality of the glass and trim are spot on, the turnaround time and communication is excellent, the only criticism that I have is that the glass wasn't delivered with any edge protection, so moving it around is quite worrying.

I ordered three glass panels and when installing I encountered an issue (a fault of my own). I contacted the company, and their customer service was excellent. They resolved the problem straight away, kept me informed throughout, and made the whole process stress-free. Great product, professional service, and a company that stands behind its customers. Delighted with my purchase. I wanted antique effect mirror splashbacks for my new bathroom and decided to use Made2Measure. Very easy to navigate round and use the website and ordering was simple. The mirrors arrived within the timescale. What was impressive was that they were carefully unloaded and handed to me, but unpackaged, so I could easily check them for any damage. They were immaculate. My husband fitted them and they look a million dollars! Highly recommended.

Hi sorry to say I found navigating your site quite difficult after speaking to one of you operatives he advised meto get copper backing and one other option which doesn’t come to mind other than that delivery was prompt, delivery driver was helpful mirrors are great I have stuck them with the appropriate adhesive and they have been up not 2/3 months or more, so I am pleased thank you

Had a piece of glass 8mm toughened made by Made2Measure, it help me finish my project.
After filling in my measurements and sending a picture of the template I had made for the space it was to fit.
I was responded to quickly and asked a few questions of confirmation on angle, from who I can’t remember, but they very professional.
The price was very reasonable, as I had check a few quotes and this was by far the best, and the delivery amount was very reasonable too.
Product arrived pretty quickly after order was confirmed, within a week which I thought was fast!
Was absolutely what I wanted and needed for the completion of my project.
Was safely delivered and in perfect condition.
For me I would highly recommend this business, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
