Refused to deliver to my doorstep!
Paid for delivery but refused to take to my doorstep while charging huge delivery fees! They actually expected me to carry a huge gym mirror to my flat myself yeah right 😂 Anyone? You are a joke! No self respect you've got! Writing something in small print on website doesnt cover your backside. If you order it DELIVERED you delivered it to the doorstep at the address simple as. There is nothing you can say to save your face. They have upset a wrong person. If you try screw a customer remember a customer can screw you more.

Following extensive research Made 2 Measure easily the most cost effective even with delivery factored in for the size required (5x3ft) was excellent. During the current COVID pandemic timescales for delivery were exaggerated but totally understandable and wasn't an issue at all. Delivery from Fragilitics was also excellent. From initial email regular updates and the driver bringing the mirror into the property cannot fault the service. Would highly recommend.

Good mirrors and delivery. Just a bit expensive when you want installation.

Not put the mirror up yet, but so far so good! Easy to order, great price (cheaper than any other company) and the information provided for delivery was great - told in advance which day, text and email early in the morning of a three hour rough time slot and a call half an hour before arrival! I had also contacted them the day before as I had to be out in the morning to see if they could deliver around that, and whilst they can’t guarantee, they were able to tell me what position in the queue my delivery was which gave me a decent idea that I’d be home in time and didn’t need to cancel appointments! Only downside for me was that only one delivery person which means you need to help take in delivery if over a certain size (at 30 weeks pregnant there is no way I could help!) but the guy did kindly wait a few minutes for a friend to pop down the road to help take it in for us! Just bare that in mind though - you need muscles to help take in your delivery!

The company have delivered damaged mirrors on 2 occasions. Disappointed and time wasted. Wouldn't recommend.

I ordered two mirrors and would highly recommend both the mirrors and the service provided. The mirrors were well packed and the driver was helpful bringing the items into the house. Excellent customer service - a small matter was dealt with immediately and resolved promptly by the company.

I bought the mirror for the hall and it is dramatic looking. The frame is amazing, beautifully detailed and ornate adding a touch of elegance and class to the hall. Having purchased the largest size, the mirror looks most impressive and the hall appears so much larger. Great value as it looks a lot more expensive than the price would suggest.

I bought this mirror for the main bathroom. The black wooden frame is beautifully finished and the mirror looks very stylish against the white tiled marble bathroom wall. It goes perfectly with my bathroom décor which is black/white and grey.

My mirror was excellent quality and the service was very efficient.

Professional service from start to end and extremely personal service, nothing was too much trouble. High quality product which is always noticed and commented on. Can't recommend enough.

The mirror was very well packaged and we received excellent communication. Would definitely buy from again.
