Jose and the team has been really great to work with, their team was really efficient, especially since we had a ton of new leads coming in, and they were able to handle them all and really increase our revenue by converting a significant portion into Sales. We went from around 150k months to 350k months with a significant portion being from the sales team he brought in to help close.

GUSH COMING... We have been training our sales team to sell by chat. We outgrew what our small team could handle so we just hired Jose Perez team to help us scale. I started my career at Coca-Cola and have worked some cool places before owning my own business and I have NEVER, EVER been as impressed as I have been by this team. From the first zoom when all of their leadership team magically appeared to introduce themselves, through the massive onboarding process made box cake simple in Trello to hiring and onboarding the most amazing 2 women to start our growing chat team, I literally want to call you all and tell you to go do this right now! It is lowering our ad costs (anytime we can quit paying FB so much it's a good thing!!!) engaging our social and booking up our sales team. We got our first sale on day 1 that paid for the for the month and they booked 8 calls in their first 2ish days as they got trained. Truly, if you are considering this at all, do it. I have heard about these guys for years and wish someone would have pushed me harder to do this a year ago!!!!!THANKS

- The pay is lower (2-400 USD x month)
- HR is toxic (and clients can also be)
- The contract is ambiguous
- they blatantly lie to your face about payments and they are so bad at them that they contradict themselves

We cancelled our contract with these guys. It's just smoke and mirrors followed by poor performance. Jose Perez is an amazing salesperson, but that is where it ends. We met with a snake skin salesman who promised the earth. infact while we were there, he told us he had a lead already. Turns out it was a mate of his talking up a storm, telling us he was interested in our services. We thought Wow awesome, we even sent him a proposal, excited we paid our money and after the CA contract was signed, we were ghosted by the hot contact..we were promised this and that, and not a lot happened, apart from fancy emails telling us they understood our frustrations and were dealing with stuff personally, and things were happening. We are 3,5 weeks into the first month, and we have seen nothing for the money we spent.

I have just messaged asking how to cancel as the call setter was supposed to have started last Friday and failed to do so. More hot air from a charismatic company that specialises in sales talk and nothing else. They make excuses for poor performance and promise to do better, even after I cancelled that sent an email as though we were brushing it under the table and moving forwar,d failing to read the fact that we had terminated the contract. Be wary before parting with your cash as there are a lot of better marketing options that are not as deceptive
