Like nearly everyone else my leather polish and brush still hasn’t arrived. I’ve been in touch 7 times asking where it is. It’s nearly 40 days since I ordered. I’ve asked on numerous occasions for a refund but they keep saying it’s in transit and thanking me for my patience, they do not acknowledge I’m asking for a refund.
I’ve now gone through my credit card company to get a charge back. I did all this online so hopefully I’ll see it getting paid into my account very soon.
I also didn’t check the reviews before I ordered, which is not like me!!

Horrendous to deal with. Ordered a product 6 weeks ago, hasnt arrived, asked for refund, and they have ignored my request. They say it is in transit, but it is not according to tracking.
Perhaps it is a scam.

I just received the useless product today, ordered 2 months ago. Asked for refund on numerous accounts and was told the product was in transit, and to be patient. Totally ignored my request. It is about a third of the size advertised,smaller than a tin of shoe polish, and less effective, total rubbish it does not work. I will never buy another product on line again, I refuse to be scammed again. It cost me $50.00 au to learn my lesson

zero stars - took weeks and weeks to arrive despite promises it was in transit. Eventually a small pot of something arrived and a small brush. Did not even attempt to put it on my leather sofa for fear of ruining it.
Waste of money. Scam product. Appalling company do not buy.

Ordered a product on the 5th October still waiting. Emailed them twice and no response.

If i could give it less than 1 star I would. Says my order was picked up by carrier over 6 weeks ago. Still no delivery & no update on status. Have contacted company several times. Their response is they appreciate my patience. I have no more patience. I’ve asked to cancel order & get refund. They just keep telling me to be patient. Worst company ever. Don’t order anything from them.

Do not use this company. Still waiting for my product that I ordered months ago. Keep getting mails fobbing me off saying delivery issue. I am asking my bank to refund the money. It feels like a scam, wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

I have waited over 5 weeks and still waiting

Received order after 3 months and emails to customer service. Product is not worth buying. The tin is very small and does not make any difference to the settee. DO NOT PURCHASE

Needs to be less than 1!!! Been in transit for 33 days!! Said it has been delayed. Would never order from this place again!!

Doesn’t,t even deserve one star but it’s obligatory! This took over a month to arrive and when it did was not what had been described in your- it was a tiny pot of clear wax for furniture - a VERY expensive pout of wax - more social media scammers and con artists.

It’s now been 6 wks & still no product!
Please avoid this company, still fobbing me off saying it’s still in transit.
I’ve now asked for a refund and given this company 2wk which will be up on the 29th October then I shall be asking my bank for help to get my money back.

I have given 1 star because I have to in order to write a review. 54 days my order has been in transit, that is ridiculous. Do not order from this company

Wish I’d read the reviews before making my purchase on 20th September that still hasn’t arrived. Lots of emails apologising the delay is due to unforeseen circumstances that sometimes occur - looking at the reviews it looks like the delays occur frequently. Asked for a refund but as it’s still in transit, perhaps a carrier pigeon is being used to transport it, I need to wait for it to arrive then return it. Absolute joke of a company so make sure you avoid at all costs.

Ordered 7 weeks ago and still no product. Customer service saying its in transit but courier tracking saying that the item still hasnt even left the warehouse. Customer service refusing to refund saying I need to wait when I paid extra for ahipping insurance and expedited delivery. Absolute scam artists. Do not order from them and if you do, use PayPal to pay. Took it up with my bank and got my refund.

SCAM SCAM SCAM do not buy. In transit for a month. No courier details provided.

Ordered over 30 days ago and still haven't received items. Support tell me another 15 business day but cannot tell me anything about the status or where item is in transit... Stay away sound like scammers. Don't make the same mistake I made.

Still waiting - absolute disgrace

Order never arrived, numerous emails sent chasing order up always an issue with the courier. After 30 days of no goods arriving got the bank involved and a dispute was raised with them and a full refund was received thereafter. Avoid this company.
