Such a great product to easily create my business and run it 24/7! I like how it's on both mobile and web so I can work on my business wherever I desire.

MadeThis helped me take an idea from paper to page and created a simple, streamlined direction to develop it. I would 100% build another business out on this platform. Support also gets a mention as they stepped up when things went a little sideways based on some database links and advanced usage.

I want to add I see some reviews saying this site is a scam and they discuss different issues they had but not one of them says they reached out to support to let them help with fixing the problem. I have had to reach out twice and both times they resolved my issue fast. I wanted to add this I’m a real person, real review, and a real good experience. You will have issues when dealing with a service provider it’s how they handle that issue for you that makes or breaks them. So see below for my full review. I have to share an experience I recently had with MadeThis, because quite frankly, they did something I wasn’t expecting. They restored a little of my faith in humanity.

Unfortunately, I ran into some issues with my website. Was I surprised? Not even a little. I’ve tried enough of these platforms to know that something inevitably goes wrong. I expected it, and sure enough, it happened.

But this time, something was different.

When I reached out to customer support, I was fully prepared for the usual runaround. The excuses. The finger-pointing. The endless back-and-forth that somehow leaves you feeling like you’re the problem.

Instead, they actually cared.

No resistance. No excuses. No making me feel like I’d done something wrong.

They listened, understood my frustration, and immediately went to work fixing the problem. Not only did they resolve the issue quickly, but they credited me for my actual losses and went above and beyond by waiving legitimate charges that I genuinely owed.

Let that sink in. They didn’t have to do that. They could have simply fixed the problem and called it a day.

But they didn’t.

They recognized that my time mattered. That my frustration was real. That an inconvenience to a customer is more than just another support ticket.

And you know what? That kind of customer service creates something money can’t buy: loyalty.

We live in a world where we’ve almost become conditioned to expect disappointment. We expect companies to let us down. We expect customer service to be an exhausting battle just to get what’s fair.

I was so ready to be angry.

But instead, I walked away genuinely excited to use MadeThis even more.

Scam that's all I have to say... I let it run its course for shits and giggles the so called trial didn't even exist 160 Bux wasted for no results

I came to MadeThis with an idea, not a technical background, and I’ve been able to turn it into a real working product. I’ve built and launched a mobile-first nutrition tool with AI label scanning, custom comparison logic, analytics, and a polished customer-facing site…things I absolutely would not have known how to build myself.

There has definitely been a learning curve. I’ve learned to be very specific with the AI agents, test everything myself, and keep tasks tightly scoped. I’ve also run into a few issues where the agent didn’t follow my instructions exactly. But when I had a production issue I couldn’t resolve, MadeThis support stepped in and fixed it.

What I appreciate most is that MadeThis has let me experiment with ideas without hiring a developer or making a huge financial investment upfront. I would recommend it to a nontechnical founder who is willing to stay involved, test what the agents build, and iterate as they go. It’s a pretty incredible way to see whether an idea can actually become something.

The AI was very useful and seems the developers included almost everything you will need to start your business off right.

I used MadeThis to launch an AI education business, and the build went faster than I expected. Within a matter of weeks, the AI co-founder had handled much of the heavy lifting on setup and drafting, which would have taken me far longer on my own around a full-time job.

It is not fully hands-off. The business still needs my direction, review, and judgment to get the quality and accuracy I want, and I learned quickly that it pays to keep an eye on credit usage.

I would recommend MadeThis to anyone who has a solid idea but lacks the time or technical background to build everything from scratch. If you stay involved and are clear about what you want, it gets you to launch much faster than doing it alone.

Scam! This lied to me for days claiming it was building a tool it was never building. Kept making false promises and always trying to find ways to keep me in by subscriptionubscription without actually doing the work it claimed it was.

I use MadeThis to run my AI home-makeover storefront, Casavia. Setup was straightforward: upload one room photo, get four redesign directions, and you have a live store.

The founder, Jacob, gave me complete access. Even while he was tied up with personal business for him and his wife, he still made the time to talk with me and get me real answers.

When I renamed my store from Roomora to Casavia, he handled the whole migration cleanly. Store, brand kit, product name, and TikTok bio link all updated, and old links redirect on their own with no downtime.

Bottom line: easy platform to launch a product on, and the support behind it is what sets it apart.

The website it created for me was very limited in terms of aesthetic. I wanted it to look similar to the aesthetic of an existing website I have and it failed to even get close. When my card declined the monthly payment I immediately went and canceled it because I hadn't used it in weeks. They still ended up charging my account. I immediately emailed them when I saw the charge and they refused to reverse the charge. Between the website not being great and looking and sounding like AI and the customer service, I would not recommend.

I found this site through a UGC style ad on Instagram on AUG 6/2026. I cancelled my subscription on AUG 8/2026, and I'll tell you why.
I was made to believe this tool could do what similar tools have failed to do. So I went over to check it out.
I must say that the sales team that built this is pretty slick. It's a 100% clone of polsia.ai, but it looks cleaner and has a dashboard that is easier to navigate. That is where the differences stop.
The execution is almost exactly the same.
The "AI-cofounder" will direct you to take steps that cost credits to implement, then implement them incorrectly, costing you more credits to fix it. Then when you finally get something that looks good and almost functions like you want... SUPRISE!!! There's a problem now, and it doesn't work. It's an internal problem, and the feature the AI said it would implement or use to finish the site doesn't work either. They'll put a request for the feature.
Great. How does that help me? Answer: it doesn't. If I am paying for a subscription I don't have time to sit around abd wait for some slack jawed programmer to code it. What else am I paying for?
My experience with this site has left me pissed off and wondering, what happened to ethics and intregity?
Oh yeah, that's right. Nobody has those anymore. But in the case of this site and whoever runs it I surmise that they never had any to begin with and probably don't even know what those words mean because they are liars and con artist scammers with a legit storefront.
