I have initially submitted a bad review on Sept 11, 2025.

However after being with Madinahgive.com for just over 6 months I've realised that they are one of the most convenient donation platforms. Their support team is always supportive and their resolution timescales are really quick. Saleha has always been helpful and professional in terms of handling my queries over mail.

I highly recommend Madinah to anyone in doubt. May Allah SWT bless this team that goes over and beyond to help those that are in need.

Apparently I accidentally checked the wrong box for the amount of money I could afford to donate. Madinah promptly refunded the over payment and I was very grateful. I’d like to have given more but simply could not afford more.

I was not sure about this charity at first as i didn't know of them, but they were super responsive and sent me all I needed to be confident about them.

Make sure to review everything before you hit the submit button. When I was directed to their donation page I unclicked $150 (that was automatically there) and clicked $20. Well, it turns out the $150 stayed clicked (the change was not recorded when I went to the next page) so instead of donating $20 I ended up donating $150, which is fine, but I thought that was a little suspicious how the change I made was not recorded. So double check, triple check, check a million times that if you’re donating the amount that you intend to before clicking submit. It could just be a technical error on their site, but it’s definitely something that they need to fix so they don’t mislead people.

Hi something went wrong today after I made a $25 dollar donation. I checked and make sure it is for only $25 but after final transaction, receipt shows $1025; a thousand dollar more than intended.
I hope to get it back for it is for my daily expenses.

I've always wanted to be of help to the less fortunate, families who might have had better lives if not for the war, children just like mine suffering because they haven't had a meal in days...

It's deeply saddening to see precious lives crumble just because of food, just because there wasn't clean water, just because there was no way to keep them warm... because of THINGS we take for granted.

Helping in person was not an option for me, I had doubts whether funds/aids are actually delivered to the needy, I wanted see some form of update on what's happening and so on...

MadinahGive checks all boxes for me and is doing exactly what I, YOU, and many would've thought of doing - which is helping those affected by adverse conditions directly, in-person, through its' partners on the ground.

Back in June, 2021 I donated to one of MadinahGive's Yemen campaigns. It was just a $10 donation. I donated it for my 10 years ago passed away grandmother. 3 days later I slept and saw my grandmother like in heaven in a most beautiful house with a really amazing great interior design and having servants around. I talked with her. She said she's sad for Allah hadn't yet given her a bigger Paradise home she wishes for, and that she is currently being atoned for some sins she had made then Allah will move her to the bigger home. She said that's how it has been going, atonement then better place in Paradise. Then the phone next to her rang and she answered. It was her neighbour. They talked so I went to the balcony to see how the Jannah looks like. I opened the balcony door and the view was just amazing. Amazing is just less than the appropriate description. Mesmerizing. It was like the European country side with amazing 1-2 floor houses with gardens. In some of the gardens there were dogs that looked just like Disney's Pluto of Micky with ears and noses colored like that of a peacock. And the time was just after sunrise with white sunlight. They looked amazing jumping and playing in the gardens. It was just an amazing vision. I woke up at 7:00 AM to realize it's actually just after sunrise. I felt like wanting to die to go to paradise and I then realized that I donated the $10 to my Grandmother's soul just a 3 days ago. That is probably the reason Allah showed me this vision. I then decided to donate 3 other $10 to the should of my other grandmother and 2 grandfathers and I did. Thanks MadinahGive.

MadinahGive is one of the best trustworthy organization that really get things done out in the field. I applaud their effort and hard work to save lives and help those in need. Most fund is spent on the field for direct impacts..no wasting resources!
