It is beautiful in hand but when I wear it doesn't stretch enough around my calf (6-99) and I can't pull it up properly and if I force it, the graphics go bad. Return policy isn't customer friendly.... Toon meer

I've been buying these products for 5…

I've been buying these products for 5 years as gifts for my grandchildren. I love there uniqueness. They are a perfect for something they don't have and brings creativity into their wardrobe. Usually gives them something special to wear during spirit week at school. Never had issues with an order or quality of the product.

Goes perfectly with my 5yr old school…

Goes perfectly with my 5yr old school uniform dresses and skirts. Gives her more style with matching hair bows. I ordered 9 pair, some were not available in toddler size so I got the next size up which isn’t that bad, gives her more room to grow into them.

These K-pop socks were a gift for my daughter's 8th birthday. She absolutely loved them; the socks are colorful, beautiful, and fit her perfectly. And the fabric is super soft. I highly recommend them.

Love this company

Love this company! Their socks are so unique and fun, perfect for gift giving. You are able to order online and pick up at the warehouse, the team is so accommodating and helpful. Will definitely be buying from them again :)

Service a la clientèle

J'ai commandé les bas de Pâques. Petite frousse croyant avoir acheté sur un site de fraude et en écrivant au service à la clientèle , ils ont pris bien soin de répondre à toutes mes inquiétudes avec patience et ont tout fait pour trouver le problème,qui est réglé. Les bas sont arrivés et j ai très hâte de les offrir a mes petites-filles , il sont vraiment mignons! Merci à toute l'équipe! Je sais maintenant que je peux passer une commande chez vous avec confiance!

I have placed an order 2/24/2026 and…

I have placed an order 2/24/2026 and noticed it has not been shipped. I contacted company several times and no response. I have called and the voicemail is full. Sent text and no reply. This frustrating when you spend $81.65 for some socks. I’m not sure if I’m being frauded. I may have to report to the bank because I have not received response since the check cleared. Maybe contact to BBB May help!! Very bad business practice for a first time buyer.

Most beautiful gift for girls!

They were so kind to resend a package to a different country as the original country was applying very high import taxes. Their attention and readiness to solve my problem was amazing and in one week my items were received in a new address. The beautiful socks made my little niece very happy!

Order never arrived!!!!

Order never arrived!!!!
Sent numerous emails and no response.
The parcel link never updated and then the link was expired.
My little girl is gutted she didn't get her bow bag and you've in essence stolen from me!
Super annoying as having been a previous customer I expected more.
Looks like I am not the only one to be disappointed too!!!

My sons absolutely love their socks! I bought them for Christmas and the delivery was really quick. Customer service is amazing as well. I will definitely be ordering with them again

Customer service is unacceptable

Customer service is absolutely unacceptable.
I placed an order on December 16 with a guarantee of delivery before Christmas. Today is January 8, and I still have not received my package.

I just spoke with the owner, who was extremely rude and offered no solution, no accountability, and no refund. I was told the package was “attempted for delivery” on December 24, yet I do not have access to the UPS tracking—only the owner does, which is highly concerning.

UPS typically leaves packages at my front door with a photo, as they always have. There was no delivery attempt, no notice, and no package, which makes this situation look very suspicious.

While the socks themselves are very cute, the overall experience has been deeply disappointing. My granddaughter did not receive her gift before Christmas, and I am still without the product weeks later.

I do not recommend ordering based on this experience.

Never received my socks!

I ordered many socks in November and never have received them.
The link in DHL is no longer available.
I think it is a xmas scam!
I will proceed with a law process in order to have my money back!

Half-order

I order 2 pair of Socks for a present at Christmas on the 7th December, in the page it was indicating quick arrival. My first concern was that the tracking link did not show any updates up until the day before the package arrived so I was clueless to the order status for weeks. When it finally arrived, only 1 if the 2 socks was included, even though the accompanying paper clearly indicated 2 socks. The package did not seem damaged or altered in anyway to indicate it was a transport issue. I then tried to see what could I do on the website to complain about this and the order itself is not linked to a return or complain process. You need to search for a conta t email somewhere in their website and send your complain there. I sent mine both via the website andby email and im still waiting for an acknowledgement of message receipt

Brilliant service!

Ordered the black glittery fairy wing boots (adult size), they arrived and one of the wings was faulty. Emailed them with photos and a replacement set of wings was immediately dispatched. Love the boots, love the wings, and love the customer service! ❤️

I ordered two pair with a 60% discount

I ordered two pair with a 60% discount. The discount only applies to one pair. I inquired about the free pair which was advertised right after I placed my order. They DM me and ask which pair would I like for the free pair, I choose but never received them or an adjustment on the other pair of socks. I love the socks and think my grands would love them as well but the follow up and promises made are lacking
