I am continually grateful for the continued deliveries.
Each time i get notification out for delivery I'm excited to see whats coming today. The clear cases i was able to hand them out to the the additional 4 coworkers that I ordered for and they couldn't be happier. This week i received my Limited addition Black Lux Pro Cable.
It's a C to C with a special usb connector. 10 Gbps-240W I decided last year to take care of me with Magfast Product line. I'm taken back by the Quality and functionality of everything i Purchased. Sincerely Roger

I am very pleased with my lux pro cables. Not only was the packaging top tier, but the quality of the cables are excellent. I’ve purchased other cables in the past and they seem to always stop working, plugging the in another out multiple times, waste of money and very frustrating situation. I bought two because the price was good to pass by. These are the real deal, don’t spend your time looking elsewhere.

Fast & Furious Charging! Beautiful stand with 3 fast magnetic chargers. Even quicker than the fast charger Verizon gave me with my cell phone.

Top Notch Company. The customer service is great. I have now received most of my orders, but the only items I am able to use right now is the Power Brick and the Lux Pro Cable. What a game changer! With the combination of the two, it takes less than an hour to charge my phone. Love it!

I being asked to write a review for a product that I ordered in October 2025. I’ve received the 2 non-mechanical items of the 8 products I ordered. Magfast do respond when I reach out to inquire about the order, but this is just too long a wait. I’ve had to purchase another product in the interim, which makes the exercise a moot point. Products are great, delivery is not

Every product I have ever received from MAGFAST has been of exceptional quality. Unfortunately, there were some products I did not receive because the company was unable to continue production of those products, for various reasons. However, MAGFAST did all they could to make up for that and I was able to use credits from the original products to spend on the new and improved products. I was able to purchase the entire set of new products for my three children and my eleven grandchildren with the help of those credits. Everyone loves them—as do I. MAGFAST is a company that cares about quality and excellence, as well as customer service. I believe in their products, so much so that I became an investor. I have never invested in anything before, so that says a lot about how much I believe in this company. It is my opinion that they have a very bright future in the world of charging.

Not being kept informed as to when items ordered months even over a year ago will be ordered

I bought a Magfast Lux Pro cord on October 2025 and I receive the free 7Pro cover but never received the cord. I have written to them every month twice a month since October and all they say is sorry and it is on its way. Finally by Feb. I asked them to refund D ,y money and they won’t. I finally have to start posting bad reviews so they either give me my cord or refund my money. In the mean time I had to buy another Apple cord. Tired of this. Contacting my credit card company next but it might be too late cuz this was in October 2025.

Power Brick Pro. FANTASTIC device! Wonderfully compact for its power. Highest than most others in a form factor that has the others beat! My only contention is I was expecting the lightning bolts above each port to be brighter to be more easily seen. Nevertheless this is a great addition to any set up! Way to go guys!!

Received Magfast products: clear cut magnetic iPhone case, Air pro, pro lux cables, Powerbrick pro 140 & database Pro recently. All of these products are high quality. I have additional ordered Time pro & Passport & am eagerly awaiting them. If you are an Apple products fan (I.e., me), you should check out this company…MAGFAST. Their charging system is fantastic & convenient. No wires all over the place!

It took a while, but when they delivered, boy did they deliver. I love everything about my chargers, cables - everything. Keep making wonderful long-lasting products and you'll always be at the top of my list.

I was excited to receive my Air Pro. That excitement didn't last long. It's basically useless since it's won't hold a phone. I contacted support and got a lecture on how magnetic charging works. Basically unless you have a new(er) iphone you need to buy some type of magnetic ring for it to work. I tried with my Samsung 24 with and without the normal case and the clear case ( that was suggested by support ), the phone slides off the charger. If I order some type of magnetic ring ( another ~$20 ) It may work. Nothing was said in any of the advertising that I saw stating that you needed either a new iPhone or some type of additional magnet for this to work. Extremely disappointed with this product especially considering the amount of money I've spent on Magfast products as well as being an investor. Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful piece of work, it just doesn't work

I have only received the phone case and I must say it is perfect. I am looking forward to receiving all of my Gen 2 products and writing a review at that time.

After finally receiving a response, the correct case was sent and received shortly thereafter. wireless charging works great!

WOW!!! Just opened my Air Pro and Lux Pro cables... First, the Air Pro...
As promised, this charger is solid, well built and a pleasure to use, besides looking very classy on my bedroom night stand. The phone attaches and the unit STAYS PUT when I remove the phone. It charges multiple devices at once, which is a joy. I am currently awaiting the Time Pro, which will attach onto the Air Pro so that I can charge my watch and have everything right in one spot with no ugly wires mucking up the table. WELL DONE, MAGFAST. You've created a truly timeless product - in quality and appearance.

Now the Lux Pro cable... I have many lux cables (first edition) which are perfect cables, and feel like silk in my hands. I have gifted many of them since purchasing them a couple years ago. The New LUX PRO is remarkable - so thick and powerful while still maintaining that silky feeling and kink resistance. It charges my MacBook in record time from 10% charge to full charge in less than 30 minutes. I love the lightening fast data transfer capability at 10 gbps. It's sturdy and solid and is - I would say, an extraordinarily high end/high quality cable. Definitely worth the price - give it a try!!!!!

The last round of magfast products start up never materialized and the money I paid dissapated into "magbucks" worth 1/2 of what was paid. (I could only use up to 1/2 the new and newly priced items, and the items originally purchased unavailable/gone with the money.) with the "NEW" round of items.. I cannot seem to get a clear timeline on receiving product . I am patient, and if I could just get a clear "general timeline" I would believe this company... with all the excuses in the world... but the website and communication for working people the "transparency" is mostly non-existent along with customer service and customer service clarity. Beware - you will get only an auto generated email with boxed replies, that typically do not answer your question. or worse.. lies. * you could always watch a web cast ! really good at that!
As for product - so far.. since I do not have most of what I ordered years ago, nor the dropped/stolen order, and I have low expectations of my current order. i will answer 1st, why did I order again.. At the very beginning with the plug in wall charger * original crowd fund or such.. I was quite happy with the wait.. it was clear, and happy with the product.. it was a bit bulky and awkward, but it was great for the time... it is obsolete now. so.. I was hopeful with the next round. purchasing the charger cables- they are soft and less prone to bending and breaking, the "feel" of them is nice, I cannot say they charge faster, as I do not have any issue with the time on some of the "cheaper" non magfast charging cables. I can say the best item is the extreme.. it does indeed jump a car. (i have had to use it) its great to have in a car for an emergency.. if you have it laying on a table for charging.. it does that too, but does not always start to charge; your phone has to be placed just right and you have to pay attention.
Since I have never received the promised "air" or other items from my original order years ago, nor the items from last years order, I cannot review. If you have years to get product and money out and maybe not even get what you put money out for... go for it.
