Didn't work then on top of that I'm now being harassed by Ivar. Told him to stop messaging me and old me how the product they sell is only 10 and they sell it for 40. Watch out

Reading this again, as a seller We're supposed to stay cool and not become ... affected :-)
1. MC = Matthew Clark made a 2nd 1-star review ...
2. After my reply in the first review, he changed his review ... I cannot change my reply :-) So I give here some extra insights.
3. He paid with Paypal: when you give the return-TT to Paypal, Paypal always refunds the money. MC gave us an 'empty' tracking link, to prove he had returned it.
4. I understand he's very angry he needs to pay the shipping cost, like in Europe ... sorry we're an European company.
5. We have a return-adddress in the US, certified mail is as much as $3,35.
6. Ah Money ... prices of the adapters has always been €29,90 + ca. €6,= tracked shipping to the US.
7. After my reply, he will probably change his review ... We cannot change our reply LOL ...
8. Our so-called 'harassment' support-mails, we only replied once, each time we received an e-mail, trying to explain things.
9. We aim on always trying to make people happy with our products & our services ... unfortunately not always succeeding.
10. Google for our peer "reviews simore" and compare the amount of (un)happy customers & their return policy.

Save your money this company is a scam
Save your money this company is a scam. The product doesn't work and they want you to jump through hoops to the point you give up. Just called my bank and started it was a scam. You can read the reply below from company. The fact that they harassed me in emails and I sent product back, they still didn’t give me money back.

Sorry to hear the product did not work for you, according to our European laws you can get a refund. Also in the US we have a return address, so it is easy to send it back to us.
To support customer protection, we have also the option to pay via Paypal, so you are guaranteed to get a refund if requested.

No customer service reply I paid for…
I was fast to assume but their customer support has been outstanding. I misjudged and also assumed reply based off US timezones not realizing they were overseas. I appreciate how well I've been treated this far

Not to be trusted - bad product - no aftersales support
I've bought the elite double sim card from magic-sim.com. It was delivered on time, however after two weeks it stoped working. Tried to contact the company but no reply. I would strongly advise not ordering any product from this company.
