This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to get in touch so will just leave the review here for everyone to read. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS. I was playing on Gonzo’s quest on the 9/5/2024 approximately around 7:20am. I was using my bonus funds where I’d won over £150. I do understand that I had to wager so much in the promotions tab to actually turn my bonus funds into actual money to withdraw, which I did shorty after. I got down to around £110 and then my account balance dropped to around £7? I want to know why this is? I met your requirements and I’ve now lost out on over £100 because of it. SCAM of a company.

Having read the previous negative reviews I falsely believed this would have been down to individuals losing financially from this gambling website. I was wrong. I urge you please not to spend any money on this casino. I don’t believe it meets industry standards, the ‘bonuses’ are non existent, i couldn’t permanently self exclude, it’s virtually impossible to find the withdrawal option. I’ve never said this about any online casino before but I genuinely feel this one could be fraudulent. If not, it will be the worst online casino you will have ever played.

I’m struggling to write this without raising my blood pressure you need shut down I’ve continued to play your site and you most definitely for sure have issues with bonus/scatters/features and payouts that you would expect to be paid out for high vol games these payouts were so low but took so long to play for ! How is this even possible ?
I’ve now spent thousands through games and received withdrawals of my own deposits which is all I can get never more.
If on average a game will only pay out every £100-£300 each game how is that fair ( and this is across all games I’ve played ).
My play ends up being negatively played and stressful as I can’t get over the payouts !!
Players have a right to play for fun not question every spin and it’s awful out come ?
