This company deserves a negative review. Inspite of taking titanium plan worth Rs. 4700, there is 0 quality leads in past 3 months. Whatever 3-4 leads came was fake.

Please don't fall for their paid schemes. It's utter useless

I regret to say that this has been one of the worst subscription experiences I’ve ever had. The service promised access to verified contact details of property owners (referred to as “prime owners”), and clearly stated that such details are only accessible after subscribing.

However, once the subscription was activated, the contact details provided turned out to be fake or non-functional, making the entire service pointless. Even more disappointing is the complete lack of support—the sales agent who repeatedly contacted me before the subscription conveniently disappeared afterward and now doesn’t even respond to calls or messages.

This feels like a blatant case of mis-selling, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before subscribing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and the company improves its customer support and subscription transparency.

Before taking a plan magic brick called me 4 times a day and convinced me like there are multiple buyers looking for my property and to see the details I need to opt a plan. Once I took a plan with digital marketing services then there is no buyer available in my locality and no single response is generated. when I called a customer care then they say there is no role of magic bricks so they cannot do anything. they are just making fool and making money. they don't know how to talk to customer. once they get the money they don't care about the customer. Our money will be fully wasted. I spent more than 5K rupees and did not get a single enquiry. they are full fake just make customers fool.

Worst customer service and couldn't give any negative ratings. Unable to sign up from overseas. Rang multiple times from overseas paying high call charges but no one is able to assist or had the courtesy to return call backs. Hope CEO and Head of Customer Services team reads and looks at customer feedbacks seriously, appoint responsible persons and act swiftly to resolve them.

I HAVE PAID RS 18000/ TO MAGIC BRICKS ON TWO OCCASIONS FOR SELLING MY FLAT.FOR MORE THAN 12 MONTHS THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN SINGLE POTENTIAL LEAD.STILL THEY ARE DEMANDING MORE MONEY QUOTING PACKAGES

Magicbricks packages are certainly a scam. They will sell you all kinds of packages - gold, titanium, digital marketing package, etc. etc. Very big promises at the time of seeking but ultimately, once you have paid, your package will show as active but you will not see them delivering on any promises.
It's goodbye to the money you paid. They will keep asking you to call customer support (that's a big joke!!). The only automated message you will get on that number is ‘our support staff are experiencing high call volumes. Please press 1 for call back’. Once you press 1, you will never ever receive a call back.
If you want to experience extreme frustration, please go ahead and gift them your money.

I book titanium service but mujhe ek girl ka call Aya uske bad ek boy Muslim ka bar bar call Aya ki upgrade Karo kabhi 15000 aur do kabhi 6000 really Magic brick become scam totally

i spent for Titanium Packagey, they provide me with a relationship manager who never called me backk till now, at least with free posting i used to get response after buying package hardly got response. i have a free posting in 99acres where i get good responses, magick brick is total scam dont buy pa kage

I wish I would have not given a single star. Such a waste service. MB will call you n number of times to take a subscription & after taking they won't help you. Such a poor service from sharan & Yamuna. Waste of money, when you call to the property owner there phone doesn't exist or else property is already sold out. Petty on the service of MB.stop fooling people's.

As a Realstate consultant , i have been using this platform from last 10 years , but now from last 2- 3 years the service provided by magicbricks is not up to the mark , highly unsatisfied , expensive costing but no results , feels like wasting money.

I have purchased Super Titanium Package from them for advertising my property, it was the most premium package they had, where they provide me with a relationship manager who has to manage interested people. Seriously till now, in 3 months manager has not bothered to call me once, and nor do i get any enquiries in this app. Its really bad service, 99acres has been so proactive in my property after i took their service for the same property. A hopeless company who don't provide customer care services. Just interested in getting money in the name of relationship manager, blah, blah...not worthy to approach. Poor or negligent communication with clients.

Don't list your property on magic bricks. No customer service. No leads. Don't buy any plan from them. It doesn't work. Waste of money and effort.

if there was anything less than that I would have put that. never spend you money on this app. you will not get any service nor even the customer care to tell your problems

Horrible!!! They should be ashamed of themselves. My ‘Relationship Manager’ is Mr. Anwar who resides in Delhi and my property is in Hyderabad. He is supposed to contact anyone showing interest in my property but no, he did zilch! He has absolutely no idea about the location and he never did anything productive to help me sell my plot. A lot was promised before I shelled out thousands of rupees and they are all empty promises. This while thing is a big scam. I am so disgusted!! Shame on them! Don’t fall for this scam organization. Save your hard earned money.

Magic bricks is only interested in taking your money. I paid Rs 4800/- for a 'diamond' property advert. and when I search my property is listed as 'free ad.' with practically no visibility. I cannot edit my property details as their website is faulty!! This has remained the case for more than a week. I tried calling their customer service number many times but always they ask for the mobile number and then transfer me to an automated machine that does not work. It asks me for an OTP, which it does not send!! I wasted my money for nothing. Really fed up with Magic Bricks.

Worst company to post your Property Ads. They charge you to view contact details. Many are not real people show interest in your property to exhaust your contacts limit.

Paid for the Gold plan which gives you 50 inquiries. 90% of inquiries were fake – when you message the numbers on whatsapp you never get reply, and most don't even have a profile picture. Complete waste of money. NOT RECOMMENDED

Worst experience. They are not reachable not contactable. They provide fake nos. Paid services also they don't bother.
