Software that is easy to use, with a clear interface and a layout that is both pleasant and functional. There is no need to be an accounting expert to use it. The invoice layout is automated and professional, which saves me a lot of time in my daily work.

Pour en avoir essayé plusieurs, je trouve que Magic Heidi est vraiment le meilleur service de facturation et comptabilité pour les indépendants en Suisse. Plateforme facile et intuitive, application mobile au top, je recommande à 100%!

Magic Heidi est un logiciel très facile dans sa prise en charge, surtout lorsqu'on a un modèle de facturation relativement basique. Ce qui est mon cas en tant qu'indépendante.
J'adore l'option QR facture automatique et la possibilité de facturer en plusieurs devises (mais là les options sont limitées)
J'espère que certaines fonctionnalités seront ajoutées au fur et à mesure pour faciliter encore plus la vie.

Seul bémol: le passage à l'abonnement payant pro automatique sans rappel de fin de l'essai gratuit. Ce n'est pas clair dans le message, et ce n'est pas juste lorsqu'on démarre son activité et que chaque dépense doit être anticipée...

Trovo che il software Magic Heidi, sia una soluzione ottima, fatta molto bene e molto semplice da usare.

La gestione delle spese è veramente ottima, semplice e ti da subito a colpo d'occhio la situazione dell'andamento delle tue entrate e delle tue uscite.

Anche la parte di creazione e gestione delle Fatture e molto semplice ed intuitiva, come mio parere personale preferirei avere maggiore libertà nel poter scegliere la grafica e l'impaginazione della Fattura e delle offerte, ma per il resto trovo che sia un software veramente ottimo.

I use Magic Heidi mainly to keep a clear overview of my bills and recurring fixed costs. I like that I can create personal categories (rent, leasing, subscriptions like Netflix, etc.), set due dates, and then mark items as paid once they’re done. The interface is clean and the process is quick, so I actually keep it up to date. A nice improvement would be an even more “personal budgeting” focused view, but overall it does exactly what I need.

Ich habe diverse ähnliche Apps getestet und mich schliesslich für Magic Heidi entschieden. Die App ist sehr simpel und klar aufgebaut und bietet einen guten persönlichen Support.

A truly easy to understand and easy to use accounting platform! As a freelance videographer in Switzerland, it's perfect for my small accounting duties, invoicing, and expenses, which I used to do manually until now. Whenever I had a question, I was able to get an answer by email or phone within minutes, and I wasn't harassed like I was with other big accounting platforms... Swiss efficiency!

It provides all essentials and is very structured but it lacks a key function for me (which I can't believe they don't have) which is the "Valid until" for Quote. Unfortunately, a Show Stopper for me but despite that, a very nice and userfriendly tool

The app is very intuitive to use, the design is clean and beautiful. Not something you usually see, specially for an invoicing app.

I also use the API they provide to generate invoices in batches. Clean documentation and straightforward process, would recommend.

And finally, I contacted the team for a few questions and they were super responsive and friendly. Sorry, no negative points for now, the experience is good. Keep up!
