Disgusting Company
I ordered a tarot deck from them on June 18th, their site says shipping should begin within 3-5 business days but could be longer during their sale. Fast forward to July 10th and the order is still unfulfilled and hasn't even begun the shipping process, so I called to get a refund. The customer service lady was nice, I don't blame her, but she said I should have a refund reflected within a few days and my order cancelled.
But no refund happened UNTIL I initiated a dispute and chargeback through my credit card on the 29th of July. Then suddenly on the 30th of July I finally got my refund. Disgusting behavior that they were just going to continue to rip me off until I initiated a chargeback and then they instantly refunded me. Who knows how many other people they've ripped off this way who paid, never received their product, and kept their money.
If you want a refund, threaten legal action!
They used to be a great company when they were called Magick Planet.
Tried to order from them last year, they refunded the incorrect item without even telling me at first. Then they tried to get me to pay for the correct one, but I said it was their mistake not mine. A month or more after that they finally refunded/cancelled my order.
I completely forgot about that incident & ordered from them in April. A whole month later I asked where my items were. They said they were backlogged. I asked 2 weeks later; no response. TWO MONTHS after I placed my order they reached out to say I should have my items in a week or two. THREE MONTHS after placing my order I threatened to sue them. They cancelled & refunded my order almost immediately. Slimy a-holes.
Horrible experience
Ordered June 6, emailed July 3 because I hadn’t received my order. They “respond within 72 hours.” No response. Started calling. Can only leave a voicemail. Almost August, no order or response from them.
Magick.com is a scam company
Magick.com is a scam company. I ordered in April. It's now July 29th and I haven't received any of my order. The customer service reps don't respond, or they flat out lie to you. I had a rep tell me that my package was waiting for me at some bogus post office. So I went to that post office. Guess what? No package was there for me! They have 116 complaints with the bbb against them within the last 6 months AND an "f" rating with the bbb. Avoid this "company" they're a scam!!!

0 stars!! Awful. The first 2 orders I made from Magick.com, no problems. I made 2 new orders at the beginning of June. It is now July 25 and I have yet to receive my orders. I have contacted Magick.com several times via emai. They do not answer their phone. They just keep stringing me along. I ordered through shoppay, which complicates matters. They are not helpful at all and still advertise Magick.com on their site. Do not order from Magick.com. Too many people have not received their orders.
Buyer Beware
Placed an order May 17th, it's now July 24th and still no products have been shipped. I paid through ShopPay, and they were less than helpful. I've contacted Magick.com several times and no response, save for an auto-generated message. Rip off.
Scam company! Stay away!
I placed on March 31, 2024 (MP08149471), it was marked as shipped and showing as being in Hawthorne, CA waiting to be picked up (on April 24th) and 4 months later no products! I’ve gone back and forth with Isabel and Mariah from their customer service asking for an update. First she stated my package was fine and I needed to wait, then she stated they were waiting for items to get back in stock, now she’s saying it has been lost and it was waiting for a restock and i was offered 5% discount. They are no longer answering my emails as of July 18th, 2024. Steer clear, this company is definitely shady. It's a scam to take money.
I will never order from here again..
I've been waiting almost 2 months for my order to ship. I initially reached out to customer service a couple of weeks after I placed my order. They told me that my order would be processed and shipped out within a few days. It's now been over a month since that email. I've reached back out to customer service multiple times with no response. For the past 10 days my package has been saying that pre-shipmnent info was sent and that usps is waiting for the order . All in all, I will never order from here again. Customer service is horrible.
AVOID Magick, unless you enjoy throwing your $$ away
Found what I thought was a great deal on a book- so I ordered it. When I didn't get any info after a week about my order, I looked for reviews, and found that they're scam artists. Check their BBB ratings. I made screenshots of the complaints (that this company draws out the process of shipping, then gives fake tracking numbers, lies to customers, lies to shipping companies, and tries to extend the whole game until it's too late to do a chargeback or refund). I send an email saying that they were taking too long with shipping and that I wanted a refund, and waited a week. I then called my bank, told them about the lack of response, showed them the reviews, and initiated a chargeback. I got an email a week after THAT from magick, apologizing and saying they'd initiate the refund (which they did not). A week after THAT, I got a shipping notice for the book. It's now been 2 weeks, the tracking number is obviously fake based on the lack of movement through USPS. My bank is great, they gave me the money back and I ordered the book from another company.
Absolutely a dreadful experience
Absolutely a dreadful experience. Ordered items and shipping took a very, very, very long time. After about 4 weeks, I contacted customer service. Big mistake! Because of their sale, which seems to be ongoing, they asked that I allow them more time.
After 6 weeks of not receiving my order, I cancelled the payment with my bank. Then of course, customer service contacted me. But to no resolve!
They wanted me to either accept the order and cancel the chargeback from my bank. I didn’t want the order, not from them anyways and asked them to cancel my order. Customer service said they couldn’t cancel my order in their system until I cancelled the chargeback with my bank, which I wasn’t willing to do.
In other words, I paid for something and never received it. When I cancelled the payment, 6 weeks of waiting for my order, they blamed it on the influx of orders due to their sale and refused to give me my money back. Saying I needed to contact my bank and remove the chargeback is simply the lie they tell.

Hi this is honestly my worst online shopping experience ever. I do not recommend anyone to ever buy anything from this website at all.However even though I do not have anything nice to say about this degenerate company. I did find I longer am as fascinated with the occult as I was. It’s devoid of life or any actual substance and empty. Filled with nothing but lies. Get your money , cancel your order and quit.
I ordered June 7th
I ordered June 7th, requested a refund a month later. 2 weeks ago they said part of my order was on its way. I received 2 items today. One of them was replaced with one of lesser value. Now I'm waiting on a partial refund and the rest of my items. I have ordered from them for years and never had a problem. I dont know what changed but it is very disappointing. I was happy to support a small company and shipping times could be slow but it was never like this. I wish them well, they lost a customer.
Awful company
I placed an order back in May, and was told it would be delivered within a week. I accidentally put my address in wrong, so I contacted them and they fixed it, so I expected to actually get an email telling me that my order has been shipped. Never got it, and I began to get worried. So I finally contacted them and said that I wanted a refund since they never shipped my order, and ELEVEN days later they sent me an email that they sent my package. Never got an email telling me that they were sorry, absolutely nothing. This is a bad company, and I don’t think they are worth your time. The item I bought from them is also twice as much as it would be on Amazon, so I also believe that they jack their prices up. Do not buy from them, just find what you’re looking for on a trusted website.
Update: it is now August 4, and it has just now ALMOST gotten to my house. Takes too long to ship too, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it never arrives or is damaged.
Placed an order in March
Placed an order in March, never received it. Sent emails and got replies that stuff was back ordered and they’d check the warehouse. No follow ups, and now they just aren’t replying at all. I was really looking forward to the order.. it’s sad so many others are experiencing the same thing.
Unreliable company
Ordered products that all showed in stock on June 9th. Called 2 weeks later was told it can be a month because there are products on back order. The young lady on the phone was really rude about the situation. She did not care regardless of what I could have said. No personality and no customer service stills at all. I waited another week emailed for an update, explained that I would seek a refund from my bank if I don't get an update. Got ZERO response.
Emailed again. Suddenly the package supposedly shipped on 7/9 but the post office shows the tracking number is still pending acceptance of the package. Its been 10 days since a tracking number was finally posted but still no package and no movement. Today is 7/18. Very frustrating. This is not the first time I have ordered from magick. I received my previous order in a timely fashion. I can guarantee it is the last time I will order from Magick.

Automatic response from emails say they'll respond within 48 hours, they have not responded in over a month to multiple emails.

Please report this company to BBB, FTC, State Attorneys General, any other agency with legal jurisdictional authority, if you've had a similar experience. Let's stop it from happening to others, and help make sure there is accountability and justice.
NEGATIVE STARS -- STOLE MY FUNDS‼️
The company processed my payment (of over $50) on 23 june 2024; as of 16 july 2024, my order status is still Unfulfilled. The only communication I've received from the company has been marketing. The alleged "flash sale", complete with a countdown timer, is (in my observation of the business since placing my order), simply a pressure tactic -- the sale is ever-present / automatically renewing. I contacted the company for a full, immediate refund. I filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully, the company will do the right thing by fulfilling my refund right away; reviews here have not been encouraging in that context. I do wish I'd have researched the company before ordering. I was (as others were, i gather) feeling rushed and pressured, because of the allegedly expiring 'sale'. I should have known better and done better; i aim to improve my own conduct (eg, reading company reviews before purchase). I hope the individuals who comprise the company will amend their ways and manifest in alignment with Good.
Addendum: Filed with BBB early morning 16 july 2024; confirmation from BBB received, Complaint has been forwarded to company. As of end of business 22 july 2024 (5 or 6 business days later), there has been no response from company.
Addendum 2: The BBB closed the case on 05 august 2024 because the company chose to ignore the repeated efforts of the BBB (participation is voluntary; the BBB is not a governmental agency). ... The Federal Trade Commission has confirmed report -- please file with them, as they deal more with repeat problems than individual cases. ... The funds on my card are now frozen while the Dispute/Chargeback process goes on. ... Imo, a simple refund is not enough at this time. ... The FTC recommends contacting State Attorney General. (07 august 2024)
Addendum 3: TrustPilot sent me an email (14 august 2024) asking me to provide more detailed information to the business that stole my money, at the business's request. The business refused to fulfill/refund the order i placed; refused to respond to me; refused to respond to BBB; may or may not be cooperating with FTC; (my phone wouldn't load the form for State AG, so I'm aiming to find a way to get that done); they may or may not be cooperating with the chargeback process. I've written everything above. Now the business disputes the authenticity of my review??? They have all the relevant details in: the original order they should have simply fulfilled or refunded within 5 days; the email i sent; the repeated correspondence from the BBB; any correspondence from FTC; any correspondence from the card company processing my chargeback. The business is well aware of the authenticity of this case. The theft of my money is certainly real. I've written well enough detail, i feel, for them to know which order this is, unless others had the same experience and filed official complaints with those organizations / agencies ob the same dates. TrustPilot, imo, is a site for prospective customers to gain valuable information regarding a company, and for those with experience with the company to share such; personal information and further order details are available to the company in all the other ways I've mentioned, which the company refused. If the business had been at all concerned with resolving the issue, they had ample opportunity. The company has still not responded to the email i sent. I read TrustPilot's help sections regarding a business flagging a review -- apparently, the business that hasn't cared one iota about my order (other than the funds they stole), nor me, nor the complaints, nor any kind of resolution, does care now about their online image. Please, fellow reviewers, report them to all the places, in all the ways.

This website is a scam, do not order anything from them! I placed an order with them 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything from them, tried to call them been told to contact by email and it said them will contact me within 72 hours but over a week passed still nothing response. I have to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge.
