Absolutely disappointed with Magicpin. My order was delivered – I even have a screenshot from the delivery agent confirming successful delivery – yet the system falsely marked it as "cancelled by customer."
When I reached out to support, not only was the issue brushed aside, but there was no accountability. I’ve asked for a full refund for the order and demanded cancellation and refund of the paid plan as well. I also expect 50% compensation for the false advertising and inconvenience caused.
This is not the first time I’ve faced issues. It's frustrating to write emails again and again for problems clearly caused by Magicpin’s flawed system – not on my end.
To the entire Magicpin team – this was my worst experience ever with any platform. Poor support, misguiding sales practices, and broken systems. I’ve decided to discontinue immediately and move to platforms like Zomato and Swiggy, which are far more reliable.
