I order several different portraits and was very happy with all but one. I have contacted the support team many times regarding either a refund or exchange for different portrait.
There has never been a response. They will not contact you if you have a problem or want a refund so be careful when picking your portraits as you are stuck with what you purchase
My best friend got me a portrait for my birthday where I'm dressed as a space explorer and it's unbelievable how well it turned out. The details are amazing, and it really feels like they captured me perfectly. It's funny, but also incredibly well done. I'm thinking of getting one for my dad now because he'd absolutely love it.
