We ordered the cloud shaped rug and I first thought that they are shipping it in a tube, rolled in like paintings are shipped so it might not suit for such item but I was wrong and there wasn't any damage to it in transit. Highly recommended.

An over priced personalised moon lamp
My 12 year old ordered a personalised moon lamp for her brother’s 21st out of her own pocket money. She received this very late then was disappointed and heart broken when she saw the cheap, flimsy, small, poor quality lamp which didn’t resemble her brother. When I contacted customer services they refused to do anything about it. I asked for a partial refund as it was personalised therefore it’s not fair but was denied. We will be displaying a copy of the invoice with the present. Only if you’re willing to do the same then go ahead otherwise, avoid. This is the only company I’ve written a negative review about. So, what does that tell you.
I have received a reply to this below, I have sent photos videos and have been messaging back and forth but nothing has been done.

I have had horrific customer service…
I have had horrific customer service and ongoing issues with this company. I ordered a humidifier through Wowcher. It arrived really quickly and it looked lovely, however after putting the oil in later that evening there was oil all over the cabinet which is now ruined. I emailed and asked to return the product for a refund which has not happened - completely against Consumer Rights law. I will never use this company again.

Unable to redeem a voucher with Magc Trend
This may be the only way I can get a response from Magic Trend, I purchased a voucher through Wowcher and have tried umpteen times to redeem it with no luck, their site just keeps saying "loading" and doesn't do anything further, I have emailed them and got no response at all from them which is really disappointing, I would really love someone to contact me so that this can be resolved and that I could write a good review about them, but for now disappointed is putting it mildly.
