I'd recommend magictrend. All our orders have been here on time and we are satisfied.

Took about 9 days but I am still happy.. more or less what I was expecting so no surprises.

I would like to place an official complaint with yourselves and require your attention.

My partners daughter was bought the below curler as a Christmas present which she truely was over the moon with and excited to use almost immediately.

Once dressed and in our best outfits to celebrate first Christmas together. I decided to give them ago for myself before her as I was intregued to see the results.

After reading the instructions and turning on the curler to heat it up I began to experiment on my first stand of hair which is when the alarming and petrifying experience began.
The curler began to smell and within seconds blue sparks and a loud explosion evolved.

The curler burnt my hair leaving it short and frazzled. It was in such a mess I have now had to have it cut to hide the embarrassing shortness it left me with.
I was so petrified and heartbroken that a product like this can be sold to the general public when faulty.

I am so grateful that my partners 11 year old did not try these first as they we're so unsafe. I was so upset all day Christmas day about my poor hair being left in such a state and how she was left upset that her new curler was damaged and unusable.

The curler obviously does not work anymore and I am a little concerned about how your products are quality checked before dispatched to customers.

I have had to go back to the Person who bought this loving gift for Christmas and explain what has happened. They are truly mortified and feel guilty for what I have experienceed and his little girl. This has been a horrific and disappointing time for myself and many other people involved.

I would really like to hear from yourselves urgently regarding my complaint.

Really disappointed. I ordered 2 Christmas gifts of socks with personalised printing on them. They arrived in time for Christmas which was great however the print quality was poor and not nearly as clear as the picture i downloaded.
I emailed the company on 19th December as one of the pairs I just couldn't have given as a gift but have had no reply almost 4 weeks on.

Glad I found this site, all great goodies in one place. I will be a frequent customer, nice first impression and good shipping too. Thanks.

The fountain works great and is very nice decorating element on our front porch! The technology behind this product is incredible, still can't believe we got it for less than 40 £

My order is here and it's awesome! We put the moon lamp in to our daughters night stand and she is very satisfied, we keep in on at night-time so we don't need to use the main light as our daughter does not like to sleep in the dark so this is the perfect solution.

I've found similar items from other sites but the prices in here are way way better.. not to mention the personalised service and support you get from MagicTrend!

Moon lamp arrived right on time and came out surprisingly cool. Once enough have a new discount campaign, I'll definitely be back!

Expected a delivery today, paid the premium £8 delivery through wowcher for the blanket hoodie, yet it has not arrived...that is a lot of money.
Concerned considering the reviews given

Nothing but great experiences over the past year or two - they always deliver on time and we are satisfied.

I tried to purchase a gift as a stocking filler,needless to say it is now January and I didnt recieve my order.I wrote a review and suddenly the company contacted me...I placed my order again but Apparently the photo I sent for the personalised gift could not be properly detected, I altered it but again the same message came back.i want nothing more to do with the compant,I dont even want a refund.I would not recommend them.

They partner with woucher and the item is often not available getting money back is impossible. Only after posting this review did i get action but it was a credit note not cash.
Asked for cash not credit note still no action 16th jan 2021

Ordered a moon lamp with picture and engraving on the back as a Christmas gift. When I took it out of the box, disappointed is an understatement. The picture isn't quite visible, half the lamp is dark even when the light is on and it shows red and not the colour as advertised. Lastly it is tiny, which wasn't what I was expecting, don't think I would have paid £16 for something that size. This was the worse £16 I have ever spent. I really wish I had searched these reviews on the company before wasting my money.

The products are great, got something for my GF's birthday and she was very happy.

I am little more familiar with the international shipping times as I run a small business myself and honestly the guys behind MagicTrend are working overtime.. my parcel was here within 2 days, yes it was a domestic order but other companies are shipping now usually with 7 days or so. Their service is great no matter how you look at it.

I placed the order before Christmas and received my parcel today.. to be honest this is a little late. If I wouldn't liked my order that much then this rating would be 2 stars.

I got a good discount and couldn't miss the offer. The shipment arrived a week + few days later and the lamp is exactly as advertised, very nice and unique!

Strange how reviews are either 5 stars and gush over quality? or 1 star (like mine) who are genuinely shocked at the POOR QUALITY of the moonlamp (even without any 3D printing) and how tiny it is. Are we receiving the same thing? There was no way I could wrap and give this as a present, if I donate to charity shop they will be lucky to get £1 for it. Have had a reply to both my emails, same fob off as the repeated response of all the other 1 star reviews.
NB. In response to Magictrend reply - this is the same standard response all reviews receive and what I received to my 2 emails even after providing photos etc

My girlfriend liked the moon lamp a lot! I'll be back for another one once my brother has his birthday in April. Thanks!
