According to our system records, the package was accurately delivered by the courier to the exact shipping address entered at checkout.

When you informed us that the address provided during purchase needed updating, our team immediately looked for a way to help. Although shipping address entry errors are outside our control, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered to absorb the product cost and send a brand-new replacement set for just a $7 shipping fee.

We would like to explain how our character sets work: our standard 20-figure set is designed as an expanded version of our 10-figure base set. Because both selected packs were from our classic lineup, the 10 characters in the smaller pack naturally overlapped with those in the larger one.

While having duplicates can be a bit of a surprise, extra figures are great for expanding your magnetic world, adding extra townspeople, or sharing with friends during group play!

For future reference, we also offer unique theme packs that contain completely different characters from the base set:

Mini Profession: Features everyday community heroes and jobs (completely different from the classic set).

Mini Tale & Mini Quest: Adventure and fantasy themed figures to bring new stories to life!

You can pick and choose these distinct packs depending on who you need to hire for your magnetic town next! If you ever need help picking unique themes, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
