Yes Michael was professional and took care my issue in a timely matter and very friendly.

I've been with this platform for a week and have already had a pleasant experience. The customer service is amazing and they respond to you instantly. All questions are answered and resolved right away and they are very professional!

I think the first problem is when you're directed to the site by influencer traders with a 200% deposit bonus match. Why do they need the money so badly. As others have stated, I tried to have a minor amount around $200 on deposit moved to a new account or returned to me which after three weeks they have been unable to make happen . They removed support for the MT4 platform entirely offering a new MFX platform rendering the exiting MT4 account unusable. They suggested creating a new account which their dashboard does not allow and produces an error message. When informed of the error, they suggested using a new email address to register another account then when sent a request to transfer the funds to the new account, they reverted back to saying create a new account in the old email address account totally contradicting themselves - creating an unresolvable loop. They have now ghosted my requests for my deposits to be returned - I've not had a response from them in over a week and after informing them of my intention to write off the funds and give them this 1 star review, there has been no response to date. Theft and Thieves of the highest order is how I'd refer to this broker. Please do not make the mistake of putting any money into this broker. For me it was a small amount a couple of weeks ago but there are reviews here with people battling to get back tens of thousands from them. They are not serious if this is how they work with small amounts, how can you trust them with larger amounts
