My first order never arrived. There was a message (in Chinese) left on my phone. I finally got assistance through Klaus. (is that Santa Klaus?) Replacements did arrive promptly. However they were too small. My request to exchange them for another set was met with a firm NO. So I have ordered and paid for two more. I now will have to sell the originals myself. Rubbish service apart from Klaus.

Agree with all other reviews. Sent off for sealant spray advertised on social media. Looked normal spray paint can size on Facebook guessed 500ml. I ordered two to fix leaking shed roof.Product eventually received - 30ml. They are tiny. Extremely misleading advertising and very, very expensive. And one has leaked inside its packaging. Waste of money. I won't believe another word of Magoloft advertising.

Products received don't look like they do online! AVOID! Cheap tacky crappy items, expensive delivery AND you have to pay for returns to China!!!

Stay away from these robbers behind a screen they are totally rubbish . Charles support WHAT an idiot. They won't get away with it forever they will be behind bars prison bars DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

Avoid Avoid Avoid! Made an order on 8/9/20 and still not recieved anything 11/11/20. Can’t get through to them and they just keep sending you automated email. There is a tracking number and says u missed ur delivery but it’s impossible as the delivery went to a business which is open 12 hours a day and every day!!!!

Total crooks. I clicked on the advert link for the torque "on sale" cleaning device. It led me to pay £15 which I thought meant I was ordering one. What arrived was three brush heads without the machine. It then costs more to return what you've paid for and then they "offer" to refund half what you have paid, Total scam by misleading. Don't touch them.

If I could give no stars I would. Do not buy from this rip off merchant. I too wish I had read the reviews before I’d bought the crap Hirondo brush which i recommend no one buys because when you do, and you realise you’ve been shafted, you can’t get your money back because their refund policy is only for contraptions that are broken.

I ordered some sock slippers for my husband, I have not received them. The tracking number is not recognised and when you contact customer services you just keep going round in circles and get nowhere. Rubbish cheating company, they take your money and you get nothing.

Broke my golden rule, by not checking out supplier reviews before I buy. My Magoloft wood splitting auger drill bit arrived (EVENTUALLY). It doesn't split wood though - just gets stuck. Followed all the instructions, watched videos and used a high powered drill. I think the wood they use for their ads is soft/rotting, because the Augur does not work even on small seasoned split logs. I wanted it to create kindling quickly - back to my axe it is.

Magoloft seem to operate on sell rubbish cheap and advertise heavily on social media and not care about bad reviews for their junk.

I have read their returns policy and have to pay return postage for something that doesn't actual work as advertised! Just not worth the aggravation tbh. Oh well £25 wasted. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MAGOLOFT AND EXPECT IT TO WORK!

Why didn't I read these reviews. I am trying to return a 'surveillance camera' [my phone rejects the app]. I have used to contact form 3 times without getting anywhere

I have ordered a game for my Grandson, which I have not received, I have emailed them at least 20 times, and all I get is an automated email back, which does not explain why I have not got my order. I would keep well away from this sight. They keep putting items for sale on Facebook. Which should really be stopped. I am so angry, so please do not buy anything from this company.

I ordered a small WIFI camera, box come damaged and the item will not switch on paid 24.00 i have emailed them to request a refund or to sent the item back and no response so i have contacted PayPal to see if they can retrieve my money.
Don't buy no customer care at all, I've emailed over 7 times and no response

I ordered a Hirundo brush which should have come with a handle and brush heads but only received the heads. Their advertisement clearly shows a handle with the heads. When I queried this I was eventually told they don’t supply the handle. What good is a brush without a handle? I have asked how to return the goods. I get the impression their emails are designed to delay the query and I wonder why? Definitely a business to avoid.

Purchased a “Draw with light developing tablet” Paid £25 including postage, got to be honest. It’s a load of crap, it’s something you would buy in a pound shop, it’s absolutely rubbish total crap. It’s only a piece of cardboard, with a stencil and pen wouldn’t pay 50p for it. It’s ‘nothing’ like the video you see on their site or on social media.
Really wish we checked reviews on here before dealing with them, it’s a lesson that we won’t be repeating.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT order from here!!! Its all fake advertising, making items look great then they will send you cardboard and you'll pay nearly £30 and feel like a fool. Obviously no refund forthcoming, lesson learned the hard way - stay clear

I ordered some T shirts from this company on the 5th Oct and after them taking credit card payment I have heard nothing further getting only an automated response to my queries. I should have checked them out first and they are still advertising the T shirts.

The item I received did not contain what I ordered in place was just a piece of cardboard with the illustration on it. I have requested full refund but have had no feed back. I’m one disappointed customer

magoloft is a joke ordered water repellent spray paid £17 that was 6 weeks ago emailed them took ages for reply saying give it another couple of days that was 5 days ago .my advise is keep wall away.

Still waiting for my kids toy dinosaur. Tried to contact magoloft about 5 times but no reply only the automated text.will not buy from this company again. So bad customer support. All I can say is avoid.

I like many on here fell for the Hurricane cleaning tool! Tool heads but no tool/ automated emails/advice to return to China at my expense etc. I was going to put it down to experience but then decided to act. I phoned Trading Standards and Consumer Helpline and my Credit Card provider. Sent off letter to UK address Recorded Delivery. Guess what? I got a refund including postage!!! On principle- don't give up! Keep the faith.😀
