Would highly recommend MAH Inspections, Mark arrived on time and instantly put me and mynpartner at ease by fully explaining the process of the checks that would be conducted. Mark was very thorough in all the checks and highlighted key areas which need addresseing by the developer. We also received our report the same day which made it much easier to get this straight to the developer and raise the snags that had been found.

We were the first time buyers, and were not aware of potential issues. We hired Mah inspection based on review by other people in the area. We found Mah inspections really helpful and thorough. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend Mah Inspections.

Everything about this company has been fantastic from start to finish.
Getting in contact with Cheryl initially, she was so accommodating with us changing dates when completion was moving around. She was super clear about the process and timely in her responses.
On the day of inspection, Mark was prompt at the property and answered any questions we had with thoughtful and detailed responses. He was extremely thorough with the snags, and put our mind at ease when concerned about things we had seen online about structural snagging.
Mark and Cheryl sent the report on the same day. The report was complimented by the site manager of how organised and comprehensive it was. The layout of the report was easy to understand by both professionals and homeowners.
Due to it being a hot day, Mark couldn’t complete a thermal inspection, but assured us he would come back to complete this when the weather allowed, so nothing was missed.
Overall, Cheryl and Mark were super friendly and helpful, and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Their 5* rating is very well deserved!

Mark came to do the inspection on our new build today and we definitely cannot fault him. We are first time buyers and felt a fair bit of pressure to make sure we reported all of our snags within 10 working days of completion. We wouldn't have picked up on half of the things Mark picked up on and he was fantastic at explaining everything to us. Great attention to detail for snags -

I would highly recommend Mark I found he was extremely thorough and covered all areas. He explained what he was going to do from the start to end and took the time to talk us through any snags he found, making everything simple to understand. He took the time to go through each room and found snags we wouldn’t even think of looking for. His attention to detail gave us confidence that nothing was missed. We also received the report the same day, which was a huge plus as it meant we could send it straight to the developer without any delay. He found around 163 snags! Some were very shocking!

The communication with Cheryl was also great and she provided me all the information that was requested when needed.

Both Mark and Cheryl were excellent in arranging the inspection with the booking process being very smooth and Mark arrived well ahead of the appointment time.

Mark was extremely thorough with his inspection of the house and took time to explain the issues before he left.

He picked up a leak under the bath which if left unattended could have caused severe damage further down the line.

Report was delivered the same day which is very detailed with photographs included. This has now been passed to the developers for them to action. Marks background,knowledge and qualifications ensure the devlopers have little cause to challenge the reports findings.

When you are spending thousands on a property this is a small outlay for a report to ensure you are getting what you paid for.

I can’t recommend MAH enough. Mark and Cheryl were fantastic from start to finish - professional and helpful throughout the entire process.

We had to change our dates a few times, and they were incredibly flexible and accommodating, which made a potentially stressful situation so much easier. Mark’s depth of knowledge really stood out - he picked up on things we would have never noticed thanks to his incredible attention to detail.

The full report was delivered the very same day, and Mark took the time to walk me through everything and answer any questions.

Exceptional service from MAH inspections! I was signposted to this company for my son’s new build property, for a snagging survey. Communication was excellent, arrived as scheduled, completed an extensive inspection, and report was received within 24 hrs. The report was very clear and concise with descriptive information and photographic evidence to support all faults that were found.
