The customer service was great and it was a very easy purchase however there was a shipping delay and not all items were at the correct standard of the grade that was expected

ordered 50x branded knitwear mix on 28 oct, still havent recieved anything. all the emails get ignored

I received my purchase and it was as described and will be able to use these items for jogging and racket sports.

Overall products are very good, so far and I have already sold two of 50 items within 24 hours of receiving my order. Will definitely be buying from again.

Bought my first order of 50 A grade jumpers. Some lovely pieces within the bundle. Some had few stains on that wont budge but this was only on a couple of the items. Will buy again :)

Wow! 5 star service all round, the products - easy to make money with and items that actually sell fast. The service - hands down the best customer service in the vintage wholesale space. Not only that, but they actually have the stock we need. The shipping is extremely fast and the items are as described. What more do you need from a wholesaler???

Ordered 50x Branded fleeces, shipping was quick and good communication. The fleeces were excellent, graded well and so far have sold very well, I have since ordered again and the same standards have been met, definitely recommend!

Order never received and they are not responding on my e-mails. I’ve spend 350 euros at the webshop… I want my money back.

I recently placed my first order with this wholesaler and was genuinely blown away by the quality. The grade of the items was some of the best I’ve ever received — clean, well-sorted, and exactly as described. It’s rare to come across a supplier who puts this much care and consistency into their stock.

Communication was smooth, the order was packed well, and everything arrived quickly. As someone who has worked with many wholesalers, this experience really stood out. I’m already looking forward to my next order.

Ordered a pre order item waited until expected date when it was over due i emailed to ask where is it. Told me its delayed so I asked for a refund if they can't do on the dates they said or I would have to chargeback.

They told me that they could refund me but won't because I "threatened" them with chargeback so they tell me to do chargeback instead bit strange

I’ve placed three orders with Maia Vintage Wholesale, and unfortunately my experience has declined each time.

My first order, a cargo shorts mix, was acceptable in quality, although it was very heavily biased toward Wrangler. I decided to give them another try with a Grade A The North Face Puffer Bundle, but this was extremely disappointing. The defect rate was around 26%, and the mix was 12 women’s, 2 men’s, and 1 child’s jacket – far from balanced. There were no higher-end 700/800/900 fill jackets, which made the bundle unprofitable. My initial email about the issues was ignored, and I only received a partial refund after sending a letter before action.

I gave Maia one last chance with a £100 mixed bundle, but again the quality and resale value were poor. The bundle averaged £5 per piece, with a selling price of roughly £10 per item before fees, making it unviable as a business purchase.

Ordered and received my items 48hours later. Items A grade as stated, have bought previously from Maias and will be buying again 🤩

Placed one order and was happy with items

I placed an order of 50 Y2K slip dresses, 50 Y2K tops and 50 Y2K skirts. The order arrived without the 50 Y2K slip dresses meaning I’ve been robbed of £162. Absolutely scam company have ignored my emails for the last two and a half weeks, just get an auto response saying will get back within 48 hours but never respond. Avoid at all costs.

Finally a wholesaler who delivers what they sell. Grade A lee sweatshirts. Thank you. As a store i need a good wholesaler. Took a punt from a fellow colleague who recommended Maias. I saw the recent comments and was worried. I take it, it was a blip as I am fully satisfied with the delivery. Thank u. Richard @ yana vintage clothing LTD
