Very helpful and efficient service. Dan guided me through the set up of our new Franking Machine and made the process very clear and easy.

Saved the day

Recent Purchase of Franking Machine

We have recently purchased a franking machine from Mailcoms Ltd having previously been locked into very expensive leasing arrangements. There was no hard selling at the enquiry stage which put us at ease.

Replacement Machine

What a great service from Mailcoms, My machine went on the blink and rather than fix I decided to replace. Everyone was so helpful and within a week I was up an running with a new machine and the old trade in one collected, great all round service from Mailcoms

Great service provided

Great service provided, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to buy a franking machine. Not only was the product sent swiftly, we had a great service from Sarah all the way through from not knowing what to buy, to sending links to top the credit up on the franking machine itself.

Have been using the franking machine for 2 weeks now and had no issues at all.

Really good service

I got in contact with Mailcoms when I had a problem with our franking machine. Sarah got back to me really quickly and sent me a guide as to how to solve the issue with the machine. This all worked perfectly and our franking machine was up and running again in no time. I also ordered some ink and that arrived the next working day, so we are really impressed with the service and would happily recommend Mailcoms.

I had a problem changing my ink…

I had a problem changing my ink cartridge on the machine today, and Dan was so patient and polite. Whilst waiting for the machine to register the new ink cartridge, Dan made conversation with me about my day and about the tutorial videos on the Mailcoms page that may help me in the future to assist me. Very exceptional customer service

Our franking machine had been in…

Our franking machine had been in storage all throughout lockdown until we moved into new office premises. The machine needed to be recommissioned but an IT issue was preventing the franking machine from working - Liam was able to remotely work out what the issue was and walk us through what needed to be done to get us back up and running again after 18 months. He even told us how to purge the ink so that it would run freely again after virtually drying out whilst in storage. Great customer service throughout from Liam and from Mailcoms - highly recommended.

Very helpful & friendly

I purchased MailStart+ franking machine…

I purchased MailStart+ franking machine from Mailcoms. At first I though it was too complex for me to set up, but a phone call through to Mailcom's Dan Clarke, Head of Service and Logistics, made all the difference. He was very polite and patient and talked me through how to link up the machine remotely with the Internet. I was very impressed.
