This is the first time I have bought an Art box from this company, they are a family run business and they certainly go above and beyond what one normally expects. I ordered my box on the telephone just before 4pm on the Wednesday for a next day delivery however I was called back by Sarah to say that the courier had left and so my box wouldn’t arrive until the Friday which I explained was too late as I was due to deliver a painting to a London gallery that day. So after several calls on their end they arranged for their personal driver to make a special trip to deliver my box the following day. Ashely their driver called me to confirm when he arrived and delivered my box , he was charming. Thank you for this exemplary service

Exceptional customer service!
Mailcoms customer service is outstanding! We received our new franking machine today and with some set up issues I made a call for some help. I was put straight through to someone who could help. The service I received with the set up was exceptional and above any other customer service I have ever had to deal with. The whole process of sorting out our new machine to the setting up has been faultless! I am so glad we are now customers of mailcoms.

New Franking Machine
We have recently changed over from a Pitney Bowes franking machine to a Mailcoms machine. The process has been faultless and smooth. Great customer service and we were kept informed during the whole process. Also we could email Dan direct that we dealt with, which made life easier. Truly excellent service. I highly recommend this company for small print runs and bespoke work. They personalised my postage card envelopes for comics, with my images of choice and it came out absolutely brilliant and delivery was a breeze! I have been with this company for over 5 years and throughout that time have always found them extremely friendly, professional and very willing to be of assistance when I have needed to contact them. Recently I needed to change my franking machine due to its age, and the service I received was excellent.
