The envelopes would have been delivered the next day but ParcelForce let you down, as the driver couldn't be bothered to deliver despite the fact I was at home but the following day they arrived. Good quality envelopes and great price.

Excellent speedy customer service. We can not be more pleased with the service that we got from Mailcoms. We were struggling to find someone to do an urgent order that didn't cost an absolute fortune. I spoke to someone at Mailcoms and literally they made it so easy. We order 300 paper bags with the our design and they literally arrived a day later. I cannot recommend this company enough and will be using them going forward. Thank you

Frankin Machine not printing correctly
Contacted Liam Farr as we had an issue with our Frankin Machine not printing correctly.
He sent me instructions on how to clean the printer head and when this didn't work sent out a new head straight away and now works perfect.

The Technician who came to set up the machine (Daniel) was very good, the machine was up and running in no time with no disruption. I did contact him later on just to ask a question and he resolved the issue quickly.

Excellent Service Over & Above Standard
We replaced our old franking machine recently and the experience was straightforward and pleasant from start to finish. Excellent customer service, with prompt, clear communication from professional & friendly staff.
Dan from customer support was particularly helpful with the set up of the new machine, even a follow up call the next day to make sure all was well and to talk me through the new machine.
I would not hesitate to highly recommend Mailcoms as so refreshing to deal with humans who care rather than large corporate automatons

Our franking machine had ran out of ink, so I ordered a new replacement but the franking machine did not recognise the new cartridge so an Engineer Liam came out to site the next day & replaced cartridge and other components and was up and running in less than 1/2 hour.

Excellent service as standard
I took delivery of a new franking machine this morning and was apprehensive about having to set the machine up without an engineer present. I need not have worried because Dan talked me through the set up remotely and he couldn't have made the process any simpler! Nothing is ever too much trouble!
