I had a very frustrating experience with MailerCloud. I purchased their 100k email API plan for a project, but their API integration with WordPress turned out to be unreliable and far from what I expected. The setup was clunky, the documentation wasn’t clear, and overall the system felt immature compared to established providers.

Performance was another major issue.
During testing, MailerCloud took over 10 hours to send just 5,000 emails, which is unacceptable for any production environment. By comparison, SMTP2GO handled over 10,000 emails in about an hour under the same conditions—so the difference was huge.

Because of these problems, I requested a downgrade to the 50k plan and asked for a partial refund on the unused amount, or at least a refund for the test usage. Unfortunately, their support team completely refused any kind of refund. Once you pay, it seems the money is gone—no flexibility, no customer-friendly resolution, nothing.

Overall, MailerCloud offered:
• Poor WordPress API compatibility
• Extremely slow email delivery speeds
• Rigid and unfriendly refund policy
• No willingness to help even when their service failed to meet basic expectations

I cannot recommend MailerCloud to anyone who values reliability, performance, or fair customer treatment. There are far better alternatives out there.

Mailercloud is a scam. I signed up, paid for the membership, only to find out that the software integration that I wanted to use "doesn't work."

The support rep continued to try to pressure me into giving my login details to him for the third-party platform they claim was not working. I would never give login information to someone you met online so the fact their team asked me for this made me extremely suspicious.

Then from there I asked for a refund and the same rep told me that because I used the account I am not eligible despite not using the account.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!!

MailerCloud has made email marketing incredibly easy and stress-free for me. I especially appreciate the affordable pricing and the responsive customer support, who are always quick to resolve any issues. Overall, I highly recommend MailerCloud to anyone looking for a reliable, user-friendly email marketing solution.

Greit brukergrensesnitt og ganske greit å forstå. Det finnes mange instruksjonsvideoer. Men det virker som om plattformen ikke er fullt utviklet enda. Litt lite tilpasningsmuligheter i flere av elementene. Veldig mange mangler i forhold til for eksempel MailerLite.

The platform is incredibly user-friendly, with intuitive automation, beautiful templates, and solid analytics. It’s helped me streamline campaigns and improve engagement without any hassle. Highly recommended for anyone looking to scale their email efforts efficiently!

Their follow up help is second to none. Great work. If have tried many platforms and this one is the best by far.

I've been using Mailercloud for my email campaigns, and it’s been a breeze! The drag-and-drop builder is super easy, and the analytics help me track what’s working. It’s simple, effective, and budget-friendly—perfect for growing businesses. Wish it had more integrations, but overall, I’m happy with it.

Como pontos negativos, ainda falta algumas funções básicas como fazer ações em massa com seus leads (excluir, adicionar ou remover tags e etc...)

Excluir campanhas e formulários antigos tbm não é possível!
