I have just made an order and it could not of been easier. I just hope the next stage will be as good ie receiving my order and the quality of my item.

I ordered several white ceramic hyacinth bowls with bamboo undertrays. they are great and hold the bulbs very well with a filling of bulb fibre but only fit for a single bulb. Perhaps you could consider making a 10/12" bowl. I think that even at this size they would hold their shape at bisq firing if they were "boxed". it would be super if they were glost fired inside and out for a terrific look. I remember speaking with you when you considered buying my company Wood & Sons in SOT.

Very poor customer service, issue with delivery resulting in my order being cancelled and I didn’t even receive an apology!

Purchased a duvet which arrived within 48 hours after ordering so can’t fault the speedy delivery at all, great service. However immediately after placing order I had a nagging feeling I’d entered my email address incorrectly so I called their customer service number, The person that answered said they had received my order and read out my email address which fortunately was actually correct. I then said I’d had not received an email confirmation and the reply I had from was rather curt saying that they couldn’t make an email magically appear in my inbox, granted & quite obviously, however I never had a problem receiving my Hotmail emails before and the obvious thing to do would be for her to offer to resend it as any normal person would do which she never did. I found her attitude very rude and abrupt for no reason whatsoever. Maybe she was having a bad day however she is actually working in C S department so should think twice before she is so brusque with customers.

I bought 9 sets of 3 glass candle cylinders for my wedding. I tried looking everywhere for them and came across them on this website. They arrived very quickly and they are brilliant quality. I look forward to seeing them as the table centre pieces at my reception.

The product I ordered is a replacement for the one I bought on Amazon which arrived in pieces, I have my fingers crossed that this won't happen by going direct to the company.

Have tried to make contact and not getting anywhere.

Ordered a glass candle holder. It arrived totally shattered because the packaging was totally inadequate for posting.

The customer service phone referred me to the online help but my query was never answered.

There is no email address so I had to fill out a contact form. I got a reply that my query would be dealt with within 24 hours. It wasn't.

Nice variety of products. I initially found the item i ordered from Amazon and it was cheaper on there. once I received it I ordered more products on maison and white website. Good quality bottle holder in rose gold colour.

I ordered a mirror from Maison and White. For various reasons I didn't end up putting the mirror up for over a year. When I did finally get round to putting it up, there was a slight issue. I contacted customer services and they sorted it out immediately, at no cost. Unbelievably good customer service! I expected that, after a year, I would have to just buy the item again. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.
