I have ordered 2 pairs of Tabis now, they both came relatively quickly. They are absolutely beautiful shoes, high quality.
The costumer care is like no other, fast response, emailing with an actual employee instead of a bot. I have also had a size issue and they sent me another pair for free, while Letting me keep the old pair. I couldn't believe my eyes.
Can absolutely be trusted and I would 100 recommend the products!

One of the best customer services I've ever encountered. I ordered black tabis and they were a bit too big, and when I requested for an exchange for a smaller size, they were so sweet and helpful. Like others said, it helped loads that it wasn't a bot or an automated response. A person from the actual company responds and really takes care of you. The shipping process was fine as well, and they keep you updated with emails. Nothing about the company felt like a scam or cheap. The product as far as I can tell is great quality, and the packaging is top notch, protective of the product you're receiving. Would shop here again 100%.

My tabis are so comfortable and I got such a good deal on them + free socks + free shipping. The company is easily one of the nicest customer service out there and easily solved all my problems when shoes were too big. Very easy to communicate with and sells high quality shoes.

I ordered a pair of black tabi flats and they came today and are beautiful. I was worried after ordering them because I read some poor reviews online, but my experience has been very positive. They do take a while to send, but they send many updates and tracking information. Further, the flats are good quality and beautiful. Their customer service was also personable and helpful to speak with (over Instagram DMs).

Real Tabis from Real People!
They were very kind when I needed to exchange for smaller sizing. They packaged everything pretty nicely and it had a nice fragrance when I opened the box.
