QMT (Muhammad Hassan) as before provided a great service. Booking for Umrah was fast and efficient. Any issues during the trip were ironed out, and Hassan checked in after the trip. Will definitely travel through QMT again. Hopefully very soon. Thank you Hassan.

Umrah package with Quest Makkah Tours was Great. Brother Imran was very helpful and catered to our needs. Hotels in Makkah and Madina were excellent. Transport was on time. The Trip ran very smoothly from beginning to end. Great customer service would highly recommend.

Most smooth spiritual journey Alhamdullillah. I am writing this review for Noor and Hareem at Quest Makkah Tours. I asked for a package for the April holidays for two weeks Umrah for 1 adult and 4 children. Quest Makkah tours fulfilled my requirements and put together a good deal which I was very happy with. The flight and journey to Makkah was very smooth. We were booked on a flight with Kuwait airlines with a 2 hour stop which gave us ample time to get into our Ihrams and board our next plane to Jeddah. We stayed at Emaar Andalusia hotel in Makkah which was literally a 5 min walk to the haram but could also hear the Jamaat from our hotel, therefore, if you decided to stay in your hotel and pray you could do so. We went to madinah by a private taxi which was another smooth journey Alhamdullillah. We stayed at ODST Al Madinah which was literally a few minutes walk. The view from our hotel room was beautiful as you could see the Masjid Al Haram of Madinah. All the amenities you would need were all close by and in walking distance. If you are planning an Umrah trip, I would recommend you contact Quest Makkah Tours to arrange a package for you that suits your individual needs.

MaaShaa Allah, Mohamed Haris has been a great leader of the Quest Makkah Tours Agency, along with his colleagues Hassan and Ali are also a member of the team. They really looked after our trip from Jeddah to Makkah,Makka to Madina and Madina to Jeddah, Jeddah to Dubai till we get home from Dubai to London,the Car coaster was on time at the Jeddah airport we didn’t have to wait for them. Very well organised. Thank goodness for that.
Again, from Makkah to Madina 4 hours travel time. It was a great experience with such a kind driver. He dropped us in right in front of our Hotel. And the next morning was a surprising Ziyarat around Madina. It was amazing touring with our friends and family. That unexpected trip. Thank you so much, quest Makkah Tour deserved a 5 Stars. I recently had the pleasure of traveling with Quest Makkah Tours, and I can’t speak highly enough about the experience.
To be honest it took me a while to get around the company keep it in mind I’m completely new to this company just saw them on Facebook and sent enquiry about my first umrah package.
From the very beginning, My Brother Hassan made sure everything was smooth and stress-free.
He constantly giving me reassurance and I’m constantly doubting the company what if it’s a scam and all that which is absolutely normal to think and there my brother Hassan not once hesitated or got annoyed with me to give me reassurances after reassurance each and every time I asked about scamming.
I then literally put all my trust on quest Makkah tours and my brother Hassan and everything just went sooo smooth and made sure my trip is 10/10 with my family.
He ensured that our hotels in Makkah and Madinah was just a 5-10 minute walk from the Al haram and Masjid Nabawi, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were always helpful. The transport they provided wallah I don’t think no one gets a service like that as going to Makkah to medina it’s either train service bus or shared van but we had our own little van all to ourselves 😊
They have all sorts of packages from 1st class to 3rd class depend what you prefer and according to your package they provide the bestest deal and trust me those boys goes beyond your decision and give you more without even charging an extra penny!


Next, we traveled to Dubai this was also included in my package and wallah we had the best experience ever. Got to spend my 40th in Burj Khalifa 🥰 and the team wishing me was even more heart warming than seeing the burj like who does this, I was truly blessed 😇



The sweetest thing was My brother Hassan stayed in touch throughout our journey, always checking to make sure everything was going well. It really made a difference in making sure we felt supported every step of the way.

Quest Makkah Tours made our Umrah trip truly memorable. Their team was very responsive and addressed to all our concerns promptly.
Brother Hassan from the team was dealing with us and we can’t fault him in any ways he looked after us and went above and beyond to give us the best service ever.
My visa was very stressful I remember and not once the team turned around on me and been unprofessional with me in fact they used all their resources to get me the visa at any cost which they did and they were soo positive about it whilst we on the other side being really negative towards the team and saying all sorts to them but all they kept doing was giving us positive reassurance and encouraging us to stay calm visa will come and guess what they were right Allhamdullilah 2days before we fly out visa came and we felt so shameful about the situation occurred from our side being so aggressive towards them felt really awful but even then Brother Hassan said don’t apologise it happens we understand the frustration not once they said anything negative to us.
The Ziarat tour was well-organized and all was complimentary from brother Hassan.
The transport team was soo smooth and so friendly they were on point with the van for us can’t fault them in any ways.
We had the best umrah experience ever alhamdulillah because of only Hassan from Quest Makkah Tours.
The overall experience was excellent value for money definitely 💯

Mr Haris arranged my Dubai trip, and it was excellent. The hotel was great, the location was perfect, and the price was reasonable. Everything was up to standards and well-organised.

Alhumdulilah Haris took care of our booking when we recently visited Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We especially loved the size of the rooms at the Hilton Yas Island. The breakfast at both was superb. We enjoyed our stays in both hotels, and although we had some miscommunication around the transfer, this was easily fixed with an email to Quest.
We look forward to booking more holidays with Haris inshallah.
