This site is a scam. I ordered online andpaid a premium for quick delivery. Three days later I received a notification that my order was complete and awaiting for pick up by the courier. Four days later I received a email saying that information was missing on my order and I would have to provide it before the order could be processed. I advised them that you can't have it both ways. Order is ready for pick up and more information is required to produce the order. I asked to just cancel the order and provide me with a refund. They responded that they would refund me 30% of the order. I told them that that was not acceptable and I expected a 100% refund seeing as they had not provided me with any product. I never heard back from them including a couple of followup emails asking for an update.

In late Dec./ early Jan., I ordered a sweatshirt & received the wrong item. I contacted customer service & they said they would send me the correct item. It is now mid-March, have yet to receive the correct item, and customer service will not return emails. Save your time & money by shopping elsewhere.

Ordered a 2x, as I like to upsize. Its more like a large and not soft on the inside at all. I don't mind the thin, since I get warm often, but feel like I have to stretch when I wear. The arm length is definitely not 2xl, barely an xl. There is no size tag as I don't read Chinese, and that is the only tag in the shirt. VERY disappointed and would not encourage purchas or would purchase again!

I would’ve loved my personalized product, but the sizing is way off. It’s too small for me. So I’m out of luck wearing it. It’ll go in my drawer. Go up a couple sizes.

I have ordered several tee shirts from this company. The quality is good and I have never been disappointed with the service.

Warning!!! DO NOT ORDER from these people. I placed an order in april and never received it. I have emailed them several times and always get the same response " it was stuck in transit and we will send out another at our cost" Not their cost because they never refunded me for the original. Their website says they will refund lost packages and they don't. They definitely need to be reported!!

Ordered “2” t-shirts recieved them, love them so I ordered “2” more. Never recieved them. Will see if I get charged for them. Really wanted the second “2”. 2 star rating.

I’m surprised by the bad reviews. I ordered a sweatshirt and I LOVE it!! It is super soft and very well made. I was pleasantly surprised!!

Horrible. This is absolutely the worst overpriced “hoodie” I've ever seen. This is not a "hoodie" it is a little thicker overpriced shirt. It is printed with cheap vinyl that is thinner than the vinyl I use for my cricket. It is VERY SMALL. I ordered the same size that ALL my actual hoodies are and it is skin tight. It is also made and shipped from China. there is only 1 tag on it, nothing that even says the actual size, it is all in Chinese. I was excited about this I ordered one for mv daughter and I and I don't even want to give it to her. I will be doing WHATEVER I can to get my money back, you should be ashamed of yourself.

I spent $77 Canadian thinking I was purchasing in the US. It was $46 or something like that US and it turns out that the company is not even in the US and charging US prices. They are in China. I still haven't received my shipment but we'll see if what it looks like. I'm just not happy about paying US funds and the product was not from the US but China.

Would give negative stars if I could however I ordered with them and never received an email with order number or anything. I did however have a screenshot from when it was purchased so I reached out to them to get information on it. Its been a week and the first day they came back and said I didn’t have an order even though I showed where they took money and everything from me. I thankfully ordered through Afterpay so I disputed through them. I received an email back saying dispute closed because order has been shipped. They claim they shipped it 4 days ago but when I click on the tracking number they provided Afterpay it says usps is waiting to receive the item from them. At this point I’m just going to try and dispute again to get my money back because their customer service is no help and won’t even respond to me now. I’m done trying and based on reviews (wish I would have read before I ordered) I’ll be glad I didn’t get it.

Made in China. Hoodie is very thin and not worth what they charge you for it. Sleeves are too short. 2XL is extremely tight. Will not buy again.

I ordered a personalized shirt in a size small. The company inserted a tag saying it is a small although the ORIGINAL tag fell out of the shirt clearly showing it is an XL. They purposely bait and switch and deceive you, their customers. I also do not typically write poor reviews, although this was clearly egregious.

For some reason I got two hoodies exactly alike that I'm paying for. All my hoodies are a 2x & they are like a large. I can't wear them. They fit like a 2nd skin. I'm so disappointed. I have 3 that I'm paying for $120.00. Flimsy, no quality. Never again!! Why 2 of the same color exactly alike? I will be telling people not to order from this company. Totally dissatisfied!!

Size was perfect. Quality was as described and love, the final product.... have no complaints.

I would like to give negative stars if available, but it’s not! Ordered cute hoodie because it looked like a quality item - AND we’re a big dog-loving family with all rescued dogs. The shirt was a gift for my daughter who wears a medium and does not like baggie clothes so a medium is what I ordered. Shirt arrived after Christmas (another disappointment) and she was so excited - until she tried it on! Sleeves barely come to her wrists and the body of the shirt barely comes to below her belly. I’m terrified to wash it as I’m sure it will shrink. The fabric is very thin. And the tag with brand and size is missing! Customer service has excuses as to why they can’t honor “100% Satisfaction Guarantee.” Yet, they keep sending me requests to leave a review. Total disappointment on my daughter’s face and a huge waste of money! I read a review of a customer who visited the physical address of “Make A Dog Smile” and said there “was no such business located there” which leads me to believe that this company is probably not really a charitable company either. Can’t find anywhere on their website that lists organizations that have received donations from Make A Dog Smile. Buyers beware! Made in China, shipped from China, bought from China.

I bought from this company thinking it was a small business based in Florida which is what is on their website. I bought a hoodie which was made in China and shipped from China. Very misleading. The designs on the shirt were accurate as I ordered. I am a 5'8" woman about 150 pounds and ordered an extra large. The sizes run very small. I can wear it comfortably as a "shirt" but over clothes it is too tight. Just something to keep in mind if you order from them. I probably wouldn't of been as disappointed if their site would of been more honest about where it was made.

The sweatshirt is cute but the size is way too small so I can’t return or exchange it.
