So they trick you into signing up, then tell you it's final. Sad business model, hopefully enough people see this to avoid being scammed.

Also have picture CLEARLY showing the bait and switch method.

I needed to talk to somebody. Why does your contact go to trust pilot? They can’t answer my question. I had a song and they screwed up my lyrics so I tried to correct the lyrics thinking they would re-create the song with the correct lyrics instead they created a whole new song, which is nowhere close to the original song. So of course it erased the original song now I’m trying to find a way to recover the original song why don’t you have an edit lyrics button on your app. I just spent a half hour trying to find a direct email. I’m 66 years old I have other projects I’m working on. I don’t have time to be chasing down the email to correct this situation, time is of the essence. I like this app that’s why I’ve been using it, but this is frustrating and annoying not being able to get a hold of people when you need them to answer questions. You can’t leave customers hanging like this or sooner or later they’re gonna find something to replace you with I don’t care how good of a app this is it doesn’t Trump frustration. and by the way, I don’t need 200 credits. Why don’t you offer 100 credits because two months ago I lost 67 credits if I had known I needed to use them up I would’ve done that. Why do I have to leave the site? I’m on in order to contact you or send an email. That’s ridiculous.

They charged me twice. I had proof and sent it to them, but they refuse to refund one of the charges. Be careful.

I signed up to this site by mistake, was actually looking for Udio, but they had sponsored advertisements and actually have copies of their signup / marketing pages where the page title is the name of their competitors. I didn't pay attention and was duped into signing up.

On their signup page they show annual billing first (nothing new there as annoying as it is), and also show you the monthly payment amounts for both Annual and Monthly billing sections. Again I didn't notice this, my bad, so mistakenly signed up for an annually billed subscription.

I contacted support and was able to get the subscription changed to monthly billing and they have said they initiated a refund for the annual amount I was charged (will take 5 - 10 days).

They take almost 24 hours to reply to any and every support email, even if you respond within seconds, 24 hours. There's no need for that and it drags things out way too long.

I received the refund as promised, so in total it took me about 5 days to resolve this issue completely.

The quality of their product is pretty standard for this sort of thing, although it is not as high a quality as Suno who have a far more professional setup. Their top model is locked behind annual billing, so bear that in mind too.

Personally I do not recommend due to slow support and shady marketing practices, but do acknowledge that mistakes were made by me for not paying attention.

The platform is easy to use where I can create my personal and professional music! The support and team is friendly and always ready to support or listen to some feedback.

For me personally, its the only platform I use. Thanks!

As an amateur song writer it was a long and difficult process to work with musician friends to get the final result, and often with one or two instruments only. With Makebestmusic I got professional songs at will whatever the style in a few seconds. Sometimes better than everything I would have dreamt of. I'm a fan !

Do not under any circumstances use this garbage of a service, if you do please refrain from paying for it. They scammed me out of money, when i sent them an email, they replied once, when i replied with what they wanted and it was time to refund my money, they went ghost on me. Highly unprofessional and disgusting.

Stumbled on this website while searching for UDIO AI Music Generator. This was not by accident because the Google listing for Make Best Music, literally printed “UDIO-Music Generator”in large print multiple times. I clicked thinking it was UDIO. Deceptive perhaps, but not the worst part. They billed a one year subscription of £179.00 3 separate times, nearly £600. I believed I was only signing up for a 14.99 monthly plan. Lastly, the website has not allowed the download of a single song created. Clearly, this was Not the reputable UDIO website I was seeking, I was Charged 3X the stated rate, and unable to download a single song.A lot of money, no product delivered, and using chick gimmicks steer people. Beware.
