I recently traveled to Saudi Arabia for my Umrah, and I would like to sincerely thank Safa & Marwa Travels for arranging everything so smoothly. The entire journey was well organized, comfortable, and stress-free.

A special thanks to Irfan from Dream Makkah Agency. He supported me throughout the whole process, stayed in contact at all times, and helped me with every small detail. His guidance and quick responses gave me peace of mind during this spiritual journey.

Alhamdulillah, I returned from my Umrah feeling very happy and satisfied. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone planning their Umrah trip.

Allhamdulilah we had a lovely experience from the beginning till the end of our umrah journey with my family.Mr.Muhammad Shaharyar has been very kind and updated us with every detail of the journey and keep us posted and I would highly recommend their service. Rezuan and family.

The worse experience i had with Makkah Dreams. Makkah dreams is a company who does not abide by agreement. To lure in customers they make initial agreement and then after taking payment they change agreement making lame excuses. Why I say worse experience reasons appended below
1. I made agreement with Makkah dreams for Ummrah for 5 persons 11 months back and paid them £3500down payment.
2. The agreement made was for hotelTulip Inn Al Dar Rawafed in Meddinah with break fast and Hotel Pullman Zamzam with half board in Makkah.
3. Once the complete payment was sent both the hotels were dropped and new option was given of hotel Golden Tulip Al Shahkreen with break fast and hotel Double tree by Hilton in Makkah with breakfast refusing to give half board as per initial agreement.
4. I had no option to accept the hotels offered as complete payment was already transferred to Makkah Dreams and time was one of the constraint.
5. Once we reached hotel Golden Tulip Al Shahkreen the person at reception refused to accommodate us till 7 in morning saying that no payment has been received. I kept on calling Mr Nauman and made more then dozen of calls but he never responded. In morning after 7 am Makkah dreams driver brought money in cash and paid to hotel . The first night we paid to Makkah Dreams for hotel but we were given rooms after 7 am in morning.
6. Once we reached Makkah in hotel Double Tree by Hilton we were given two double beds room and in one room addition bed was arranged and was not tripple bed room , where as in my agreement it was one Double bedroom and one Tripple bed room. This is how we were deceived.
7. The irony was the person who made initial agreement never appeared after transfer of full payment and then suddenly Mr Nauman appeared for negotiating the agreement.
8. With my worse experience with Makkah dreams i will never recommend any one to go for any type of package. For further details any one can contact me on 07415 671422 through call or WhatsApp message as I don't want guests of Allah to be cheated .
9. I reserve my rights for legal course of action for not fulfilling the initial agreement by Makkah dreams.

5 star package! best experience I have ever had from top to bottom. Numan made this experience very smooth and efficient. from the start to the very end. For my first Umrah I decided to use this company as I was new to everything and really needed some top level guidance. I was speaking to brother Huzaifa from Makkah Dreams and he quickly understood my needs and requirements and tailor made a package suited specifically to me! Anything I did not understand was nicely explained to me and he made sure I knew what to expect through my stay. During my time abroad he checked up on me and made sure the hotels and transportation etc was all running to plan. HUZAIFAH at Makkahdreams was dealing with my query regarding a family umrah package. He was amazing, giving me so much information in regards to everything. Makkah Dreams honestly everything from hotels to transfer were great, we had the best hotels right by the Haram both in Makkah and Medina. Brother Nauman who really looked out for us and ensured everything was going smoothly for us and even checking up on us through the trip.

Would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a Umrah package and wants gaurantee they will ensure that !

Well planned and all went according to plan. Excellent package offered beyond expectations. I have suggested Mecca dreams to my friends and family and will definitely choose them the next time I plan to go on Umrah. I feel obligated for the brilliant service offered.

Makkah Dreams have delivered their promise, hotel in Makkah and Madina were outstanding, close to Haram, nice breakfast. Their drivers in Makkah and Madina are quite friendly and accommodating. Only suggestion I can give is to improve communication and instructions for pick up from airport. I would defo recommend Makkah Dream to my friends and family.

From the moment Aamir dealt with My enquiry to the flight back home. The service was and is the best we've ever experienced by a travel agent.

I was very specific with which hotels we wanted as we had our elderly parents with us. Aamir made sure to accommodate our needs throughout the stay. And we really appreciate it 🙏

Communication was excellent from start to finish. Transport was all included and made the whole experience that much more easier.
