Had a situation where I couldn’t log into my account, had to figure out where to contact support. Managed to sort it out, but not the best experience. Could be made simpler.

Honestly, good job. Took a model for a simple project, didn’t overthink it, just went ahead and printed. Came out exactly how I imagined. No weird defects, no need to go back and change settings multiple times.

They’re not too complex, but they print reliably. For me, that matters more than anything else.

Tried a custom request — explained what I needed and got something that fits my printer. Not perfect from the first try, but only minor adjustments were needed. Overall usable result.

Liked that it doesn’t feel like a random marketplace with tons of messy files. More like selected models. Doesn’t feel like you’re downloading something random.

Working with the files is quite comfortable, no extra clutter. But you still need to understand the basics of printing, it’s not just click and done.
